A Hogwarts Tale: Love in the Time of Dark Wizards

Chapter 3

The weekend had finally arrived, Sebastian and I were excited to explore Hogsmeade together. As I decide what clothes to wear Sebastian hastily just wore a simple clothes.

Sebastian: Well I am ready on our first adventure outside Hogwarts.

Augustus: Yea so am I. Just give me a second to put this brooch on my chest.

Sebastian: Wow you look elegant, I have not seen Ominis wear that he is also a Gaunt.

Augustus: Well this is what I usually wear outside and inside our chateau.

Sebastian: Isn't that a bit much?

Augustus: Not really especially if you are born in a wizard nobility.

As we walk through the village, Sebastian and I chatted and laughed, enjoying each other's company. We visited a few shops, picking up some new books and candies, and even tried some of the famous butterbeer at the Three Broomsticks. Honestly it has been a while since I felt lively.

Augustus couldn't help but notice how well Sebastian seemed to know the village and the shopkeepers. It was clear that Sebastian had been to Hogsmeade many times before and knew all the best spots.

Augustus: Wow I am impressed on how you know everyone here and how everyone knows you.

Sebastian: Oh, well this is the perk if you always go here, my sister, Ominis and I loved hanging out here.

Well I pretty much agree, in my previous years at Hogwarts I was not really sociable my nose will always stick in a book. And only get out for my classes, I do not even remember going to Hogsmeade. I probably have been too but rarely.

-Sebastian POV-

Despite enjoying this day with Augustus, I couldn't shake off the feeling of jealousy that had been creeping up on me ever since Augustus helped Amit with his Astronomy class. This jealousy and possessiveness I have is really strange it's best not mention it. 

While hanging out with Augustus, Amit suddenly shows up, I was about to cast a spell on him until.

Amit: Hello Sebastian and Augustus, enjoying a walk?

Augustus: Yes we are.

Amit: Lovely, can I join you guys.

Augustus: Sorry Amit maybe next time, this is our time together with Sebastian and we have not really spend time outside school. I hope you do not mind?

Amit: Ah! sure ok no problem! enjoy you two.

I was shocked he would do that just to hang out with me. That is so unbelievable I was relieved that Augustus did not ask him to join our group. That made me question on how important I was to his life.

Augustus: (whisper) You thought I was gonna agree for Amit to join us huh?

Sebastian: No! well maybe yes!

Augustus: (laughs) Don't worry all friends have boundaries this our day so let's make the most of it.

Sebastian: Yea. Friend

Friend? Of course we are friends! that proves it we are friends and this feeling is just natural. It is probably because it is my first time after a year or two that someone would come to my life and be the light.

After a while, we decided to take a break and sat down on a bench to rest. Augustus noticed Sebastian was looking a little down and asked him what was wrong.

Sebastian: I am sorry about yesterday I did not mean to scream at you.

Augustus: It is fine, everyone has there rough days and times. But you know you should control your emotions.
