Layla walks into the house and sees her mother on the couch kissing some gross guy she closes the door behind her making her mother jumped
"Oh Layla your back uhm this is Greg"Ava said(Ava is Laylas mom remember)
"That's great Ava"Layla said dropping her bag on the kitchen chair and opening the fridge to grab a beer
"Hey no more than one you have homework and for once can you call me Mom?"Ava said pointing at her kid
"I know Ava i know and why the fuck would i call you Mom when you've done nothing to deserve it" Layla said opening the can and taking a small sip of it as she sits down on the other kitchen chair pulling out a notebook, work book, and pencil to start her homework
"Because i am your mother! I birthed you! god your such a bitch Layla"Ava said slurring a little bit
"And your drunk so in just gonna finish this in my room, thanks for the pep talk Ava"Layla smiled at her grabbing her stuff and going to her room
Layla ended up falling asleep after she finished her homework and took a shower, she woke up around 8:25 when her brother barged into her room yelling at her that they're gonna be late cause of her
"Jesus christ Layla we're gonna be fucking late wake up!"Matt yelled as Layla woke up in a shock
"Fuck! okay get out i need to change, now get out!"Layla said pushing her brother out getting ready Changing into a white top with dark wash jeans and white shoes with a black jacket and all her jewelry and quickly putting her hair into low space buns with two strands of hair in front of her face and grabs all her shit as they both walk out the house seeing there mothers car gone again.
After school with Evie and Tracy
"Evie, Layla. This is my mom Melanie, Mel for short" Tracy introduced her to them
"Woah ur moms good looking"Layla compliments hoping she would take us to where we're going
"No way she's like the hot older sister"Evie says and Layla laughs
"what do you want me to do?"Mel asked
"Can you take us to Melrose?"Tracy asked
"Well let's go"Mel said as they all get in the back of the car and Mel starts to drive
"Maybe i could find some some shoes or maybe some of that body glitter"Mel smiled
"No mom it's okay you can just drop us off and go run an errand or something"Tracy said feeling embarrassed
"Oh okay, i guess that'll be alright maybe for an hour"Mel replied
"I have to talk to Evie and Laylas mom though"She added
"Brooke is just my guardian"Evie said writing Brooke's number down
"Ava isn't ever home but you can try to call maybe my brother will pick up"Layla said writing a number down as well handing it to Mel
"Great, thank you"Mel said
Layla and Evie both get out the car and wait inside for Tracy buying them some time to put some jewelry into their bags
Tracy was about to get out the car when Mel interrupted
"Wait a minute i haven't spoken to their parents yet"
"Mom this is the best day of my life if you ruin this i will literally kill you"Tracy responded
Tracy finally walked in where Layla and Evie were and they started trying on clothes
"Evie Brooke said your not aloud on Melrose without adult supervision"Mel said to Evie
"well you're here aren't you Mel"Evie smiled poking her head out the curtain
Tracy comes out and shows her mom the pants with leopard fur on them
"Are those the leopard pants Trace!"Layka asked
"Yessss"
"They look great, but not for seventy five bucks baby"Mel said looking at the price
"Wooh! this only cost $18.56 in total!"Layla said coming out with some low rise medium light jeans, a belt, and a Rolling Stones shirt which Mel did end up buying
"Hey Layla look this only got 19.95!"Evie said coming out with some pants that looked great on her figure
"You look so good oh my god! look trace her ass looks so good in that"Layla admired Evie
Layla's pov
We all hop out of the car with the outfits Mel bought for us but before we walk in Evie turns around and fixes Tracy's lipgloss and fixes my makeup by applying lipgloss on me as she does to herself
We all walked in swaying our hips since it's a natural thing we do
"Hey"Tracy said letting Evie and i through
"Hey boys"Evie and I said at the same time
They all look directly at Evie and I
"Hey Layla, Hey Evie"Mason drooled
I wink at him earning a nervous chuckle from his mouth
Tracy starts to walk to her room and we both follow behind and 2 boys crawl on the floor behind us as if they're trying to grab us
"Tracy, your brother is like so cute"I said smiling
"Ew grossss"Tracy responded
Evie looked at me with a grin
"Let's go outside with the rest of them"Evie suggested
We all went outside and sat on a spare blanket they had laying down, once they moved away we took their spot and started to eat some of their pizza.
"Your little friend is coming over"Evie pointed out
"What, oh shit"Tracy questioned looking up to see Noel
"Hey i'm Layla and this is Evie"I introduced ourselves
"i know who you are"Noel smiled
"Pizza?" I offered her and gave her a slice
Some guys started to make noises at us and Evie got up and told us to get up so we did and followed her
"uhm you're not aloud to go to the park right Noel?" Tracy said as we were walking away
"You're not either after dark" She responded
but we all ignored her
Once we made it to the park we went up to some guys
"you guys wanna get high?"Evie asked
"4 bucks a hit"I added biting my lip
Evie sold then some stuff and went up to 3 other guys and they bought some stuff too
Evie gave me one and offered tracy cause she didn't know if tracy was gonna be lame or not but she took it
"Pay me back when we get back to Tracy's"Evie said
We were high out of our minds and saw this construction worker and he gave us some vests and we put them on and we're staring at the sky now on the floor with some random guys.
