As I walk down the street towards laylas house a million thoughts run through my head, how is she gonna react? is she gonna accept my apology?will she still want to talk to me afterwards?I finally reached her front door step and i knock and it takes awhile for someone to answer but once the door opens I see the only and only, Layla, she's wearing a black tanktop with jean shorts, 2 messy low buns and a pair of black platform sandals.
Her under eyes look darker from loss of sleep or her messy black makeup around her eyes.
"Oh fuck no" she scoffed as she walks away from the door walking down her hallway
"Please Layla wait, listen to me!"I said pushing past the door and following behind her
"Just go home mason i don't wanna hear it!"She said raising her voice as she picks up her room
"Can you please just stop and listen to what I have to say!!"I yell

She freezes and turns around to look at me dead in the eyes which frightens me a bit, I swallow the lump in my throat and she goes to speak.
"Fine. I'm listening."She says and she sits on the edge of her bed crossing her arms
I take a seat on the chair she has at her desk and take a deep breath.

"Layla...I never meant to hurt you in any type of way, I never meant for any of this to happen okay? Me and Evie will never happen. I just wanted to get back at you for what I thought was going on but I realized that it was stupid and I shouldn't have done it. I know my rights from wrongs and what I did was wrong. I shouldn't have believed a single word that came out of Rafas mouth knowing how much he lies about things, you don't deserve all those things he told people about you and you don't deserve to have been called all those names at school. I want to be able to put all of this past us and have a good friendship with you because Layla, I really enjoy talking and spending time with you and I know I've hurt you and I'm so so so sorry, I hope you could accept my apology..."As I finished what I said tears have already fell out of my eyes and I looked up towards her and see her eyes are filled with tears.
"Mason I accept your apology and I'm so sorry with what I did with Rafa, I was intoxicated and wasn't thinking straight and I also want to be able to build up on this friendship we have, and as for Evie, she's her own person and always wants to mess around with every guy that walks in her way, I'm pretty sure she's fucking around with KayKay and Javi and I don't want you to be included in those problems, and I understand that you were trying to get back at me for what I did but it was a stupid thing to do and that goes for the both of us"She said while small tears trickled down her face.
We both stood up and went in for a hug, the whole world felt silent as we hugged, it felt warm and relaxed and so nice.
I kissed the top of her head, she releases from the hug and after the hug we hung out for the rest of the day. We smoked, we ate, and laughed all afternoon. Matt came in every now and then to mess around with us and he was happy that we both finally made up and that his little sister looked happier now.
