36. Arrested and Interview

The Founder's managed to finally get Aberforth off Albus after watching for the last 10 minutes Molly had called for the Aurors to take Dumbles Army into custody this sadly included the sleeper agents:
Severus
Alexys
Sarah
Gellert
Aberforth

They weren't happy but once Harry handed over the results of before and after the cleansing he had done to those five they were still taken into custody for questioning which was completely normal

Dumbles screamed the whole time about how he was meant to be the ruler of the world and how he was meant to kill Voldemort but it was left on muted ears as he was dragged away after a silencing charm had been place on him

"He's so fucking annoying" said Poppy who had everyone look at her

"What? someone had to bloody say it no one else wanted to and so I did!" she went off and started to heal everyone no one was hurt that badly as the Founders had helped with that

Mortem looked and managed to catch Harry as he fainted

"HARRY!" shouted Harry's ex friends as they tried to get away from Tonks and Kingsley but one look from Otiz had them stopping in there tracks

"Go anywhere near him and I'll kill you, you've done enough damage to him!" and he snarled at them making them back away and back into the arms of Tonks and Kingsley as they slapped on magic damping cuffs well for Ron they didn't need to as he was classed as a Muggle now and Ginny just above a Squib so she had some one

"Mum help I didn't mean to!" Ginny cried as Tonks took her off

"I'm sorry Ginerva there isn't anything we can do now" said Molly using her full name for the first time in years

"Mummy please~" she cried but Molly just turned around crying while Arthur hugged her close

"This is your own fault the pair of you just go and if you bloody well behave we might come and see you if it's allowed that it is" and he walked away with his wife and sons

"Sev please be ok the twins have been so upset with you gone two months missing until now" Tom kissed him "be safe my love"

Soon they were gone to the Ministry to be interviewed

Ron and Ginny were screaming about being innocent and wanting their parents to be with them but as Ron was now classed as a Muggle and had been missing now for months so a Muggle born witch or wizard was going to be interviewing him via the Muggle way

"No no no they aren't my parents they mean nothing to me!"

Child they are your parents as of the day that you were cast out of the school, I bound your magic and thrust you out into the Muggle World I even gave you a family, you are so ungrateful I'm glad that you were cast out when you were you have no remorse and Hecate was gone

"Who the fuck was that?!" ask Ron

"That would be Lady Magic herself now back to questioning Mr Anderson..."

"My name is Ro... ow!" whined Ron as he still couldn't say his birth name as Hecate had cursed it

"Mr Anderson from what we know your name is Maxwell Ronald Anderson born March 1st 1980, only son to Hallie Anderson nee Clarks and Benjamin Anderson little brother to Jessica and Rebecca Anderson" said Kingsley to him "I'll get you a Muggle born Auror so then they can take you back home"

"But I belong here with my parents, by bothers and sister! I belong to be with Harry and Hermione!" he screamed but Kingsley just left

In another room Ginny was crying she didn't mean to do any of this and to top it all off she was pregnant with the psychopaths children her emotions were all over the place

"I didn't mean to honest I was jealous!" cried Ginny to Auror Williamson but he didn't care

"Miss Weasely enough you are old enough to know right from wrong, you followed a mad man for what money and fame?"

"I just wanted to be Mrs Ginny Potter the Headmaster told me that I was meant to be since I was a little girl and now he's with Malfoy and I'm pregnant with a mad man's children" she cried again and Williamson just left inside each room was a recording orb so they could keep all recordings

With Severus he was seeing a Mind Healer after two months of being under a spell and made to do everything out of his will they were worried that there might be a long term affect on him

"Leave me alone will you I would like to just to go home and see my family the twins haven't seen me since before I left they're only a year old they will be two soon and I....I.....I just want to go home" said Severus he was normally a strong wizard but he just wanted his family he didn't want to be brainwashed and controlled but it had happened

"Severus I'm sorry" he looked up to see Tonks standing there her hair a limp looking blue "I'm so sorry that we didn't find you soon enough" he patted his shoulder "want to tell me what you can remember?"

"I remember being in the Hospital Wing after we found Mr Anderson and Miss Weasely as they had snuck into the school, don't ask me how Mr Anderson was able to after Lady Magic bound his magic but he was we knocked them out and brought them to the Hospital Wing where we found them under strong magic Miss Weasely being pregnant and calling her parents and then.... nothing until a few hours ago"

"Thank you Severus for that, once we have finished you can head back home, well Grimmauld Place really the twins and triplets are their waiting for you don't worry they are safe" and she patted his shoulder again and he finally let go his strong facade broke and he was crying

Aberforth was grumbling about being held in the interview room but he could understand and when an Auror came in her told them everything that from what he could remember about how he was talking and dealing with his limited customers and keeping his goat out of eating everything it could get his hands on and then.... he woke up a few hours ago wondering why he was at Hogwarts and wands pointing at him

Albus..... well Albus was trying and failing to let everyone know who weren't listening to listen to him abut how he was meant to be ruler of the Wizarding World but no one would listen they would mind you but they were going to wait until his hearing date was set which was only in 3 days time when he will be going up in front of the Wizengamot and his crimes against the Wizarding World
