Amelia Bones came forward almost smiling today was the last of the trials, "welcome to the case of one Hermione Jean Granger case number HJG/WW 943731 has come to court, date is 13th May 1998 time is 10am" she shuffled some papers she had read everything over the past few days to get an idea on what had happened and how they were going to vote at the end of the session and she could tell that her very own parents hadn't turned up as she couldn't find anyone looking like the girl in the room they had even moved it to the Muggle Born courts due to her being a Muggle Born so what was going on

Hermione sat in the chair looking to her lap she knew she was in big trouble but what about her status Dumbles told her that beings like her would be killed she knew once they found out what she was she would be killed

She didn't want to be a Half Breed as Dumbles called her but she couldn't help it... well she could of if she hadn't followed Harry into the forest to save him when Remus went all Werewolf on them but no... she had to stick her big fat nose into this stupid problem and got bitten as a result

"Miss Granger do you know why you are here?" asked Amelia to the girl

"Yes..."

"And Miss Granger?"

"Well I followed Headmaster Dumbledore when he said I was the brightest witch of this generation and that he would make me Minister with all his connections" she whispered to Amelia but as the room was silent everyone could hear her

"Well yes Miss Granger but did you also know that you had also broke a number of our laws and the worse one of them all was the Statue of Secretary showing the Muggles our world by the breakout of Gringotts along with their dragon namely the Ukrainian Ironbelly you Miss Granger along with Mr Maxwell Anderson formally known as Ronald Weasely and Miss Ginerva Weasely will be held to court with the Goblin's as you broke into Gringotts" Amelia sighed sometimes she hated her job

"I understand.... I thought I was doing the right thing" said Hermione to her finally looking up her brown eyes sparkled with unshed tears

"Well you thought wrong on this and sadly what you were told about being the brightest... if you were then you would know that what you were doing was wrong" again Amelia sighed and Percy gave her the report to say that she wasn't under any potions or spells when she followed Dumbleshit

"It seems that you Miss Granger followed Mr Dumbledore..."

"Headmaster Dumbledore" said Hermione not caring that she had interrupted Amelia to clarify her understanding

"...of your own free will" Amelia continued on not pleased that she had been interrupted by this girl

"I was under potions and spells!" Hermione tried to clear her name with that just like Dumbleshit told her would work

"I have your results here, none of them are in your system and you are completely clear of mind so what you have said is a lie" she handed it back to Percy and let him give them to the jury so then they could read it over as well

"No no Percy has had to do something with it!"

Amelia looked at it all "Mr Weasely has only just been given this and beforehand it was with the Auror's so he wouldn't be able to tamper with it" she sighed this girl was just as bad as Ginny

"No no he's jealous that I'm smarter than he is!"

Percy was so confused by all of this "Madam Bones do you mind if I leave I do not want to be accused of anything conflict of interest and all that"

"Very well Mr Weasely you may leave I'll have an Auror help with the paper work" she watched him leave

"Hah I'm smarter!"

"Enough Miss Granger!"

"I did nothing just stated facts"

Amelia sighed and read through some more notes and noticed that Remus was her Alpha due to him biting her when she was only 13 by accident mind you, the Dark Creature Register was now gone and were slowly being accepted into the Wizarding World and it had been like that for now two years Tom had been very busy

"It appears that you are a Dark Creature..."

"You're going to kill me! the Headmaster said you would and you people are sick if you think that I would take that sitting down if I had my wand..."

"Enough Miss Granger! Merlin you're annoying...." a gasp was heard making Amelia sigh "..you are all thinking it so hush, as I was saying due to you being a Dark Creature this is to be turned over to them by our new laws stating that if you have been a Creature for more than 3 years they are allowed to issue punishment, so I'll hand you over to your Alpha..." reads the notes "...one Mr Black-Lupin Beta of Greyback's pack you will obey him" she banged her gavel as Remus came in

"Professor Lupin help me! they said that you will help me, get me out of here!"

He just looked "that is Alpha to you Granger, I bit you so that makes me your Alpha I am a Beta while you are nothing but an Omega and you won't be able to move up rank you are the lowest of the low in the pack" he sounded so cold towards her

"But Professor!"

His eyes glowed amber it was nowhere near the full moon but he was in full control of his wolf and she whimpered her wolf knew he was right

"Follow me Granger now!" he walked out of the room everyone had been watching what was going on and she followed him and to a room she sat down

"Who said you could sit down pup?" said a harsh voice making Hermione jump in the room was one Fenrir Greyback

"Alpha" Remus bowed slightly "I brought her as you asked me"

"You sold me to him! how could you?! you're disgusting!"

Fenrir just growled his eyes full on amber while Remus stood there and watched the girl cower on the floor she didn't like where this was going

"Remus may be your Alpha but he my Beta there is a difference plus he said I could have you as he doesn't want you near his family, wonderful pups there Rem glad you are back with the pack after being away for so long, and I don't want you near them either you girl are the lowest of the Omega's we have you won't be able to do a thing without permission do you understand me" he snapped at Hermione only to make her whimper

"Better answer him he is the supreme Alpha after all" said Remus he was sounding so cold to her and she didn't like it

"Yes sir..."

"That's Alpha to you girl remember that you have no voice and you won't be allowed to talk to anyone without permission the other pups can but I will tell them to ignore you for the first few years until you learn your rightful place"
