Chapter 2 - Meeting Her pt.1

Eve's POV :

Juni left for work about an hour ago, so it's time to clean and go grocery shopping. It's about 1:30pm, and I need to get things done before I get too lazy to do them. Once I go upstairs, I'm getting in bed and going to sleep.

I had been on the phone with one of my business managers talking about sales while making a grocery list. After a few minutes of being on the phone, I got a call from my girlfriend.

"Hold on Tyrone, I'll call you right back." I hung up the phone, and quickly answered my girlfriends call. She usually calls me during her lunch break, or if she misses me too much. She's just too cute.

"Hello, my love, how's work?" I said, still writing down things we needed from the store.

"Work is okay, Im so tired though. And I miss my beautiful girlfriend." I looked up and smiled, seeing her cute little pout on the screen. We made eye contact as I laughed a little bit.

"Well you only have a few more hours, so don't worry I'll see you soon baby. Did you want anything from the store, though?" I wrote down one last thing before putting the pen down and looking at her on the screen.

"Hm. Could you maybe get some Mac n' Cheese cups? Just so I'll have something to put in my lunch box next week. And maybe some salad mix as well?" I quickly wrote down the things she said and headed towards the door.

"Alright my love, I'm headed out the door now. I'm gonna try and run all my errands before 8pm so that we have time for ourselves later on." I slipped into my crocs laying beside the door, and grabbed the keys hanging from the hook.

"Alright. We just got an alert, so I have to go now anyways. I can't wait to see you later, stay safe. I hope you have a great day, bye baby!" She hung up the phone, and I placed the phone into my brown purse.

I walked to the garage, putting my bag in the passengers seat, and starting he car. I adjusted all of my mirrors and started the car. Pulling out of the driveway and closing the garage behind me, I drove off to the store.

- At The Store -

I pulled into the parking spot outside of the Walmart, parking the car and turning it off. I grabbed my purse and phone, and headed into the store. Eggs, bread, butter, milk, mac n' cheese cups, chips, salad mix, and cookies. That was all I needed from the store. Hopefully this would be a quick trip.

I walked into the store, grabbing one of the grey carts lined up beside the door, and going off to grab the things I came for.

As I was getting to the end of my list, I turned into the sweets isle. Cookies, candy and other sweet treats filling the shelves. Not long after finding the exact cookies I wanted, I looked over and saw a girl standing about 6 feet away from me, also looking at cookies.

She had long black box braids, with small hints of brown in them. She was dressed in pink and white, and had a stuffed bunny hanging from her arms. Honestly, she was really cute.

As I was admiring her, she quickly looked over at me and smiled. I softly smiled and waved at her, quickly going back to looking at the cookies. Hopefully I'll get to talk to her some more.

I looked around at the cookies, and placed another box into my cart. As she was walking away, I noticed something fall out of the light pink and white bag on her back.

Yes, A chance to talk to her! I rolled my cart over and picked up the item she dropped. It was a paci. Pink and white with pink and white rhinestones on the outsides of it, and a teddy bear in the middle of it.

She's an age regressor?
