Note: just wanted to let people know to save the confusion Grace the daughter will refer to (Y/N) as "she" "her" because of the mother perspective but Zhongli will always refer to (Y/N) as "He" "him" because he is still a male that Zhongli met and fell in love with. (Only time Zhongli refers (Y/N) to "her" or "she" is when referred to mother towards their daughter)

Male Reader POV - It's been a few years later Grace has gotten older her horns and tail grew more. Meanwhile I've gotten alittle taller as my hair got lighter the fact that Zhongli and Grace were not human made me alittle jealous they don't age like me. I sighed sadly suddenly feeling the back of my neck being kissed gasping I turned around seeing Zhongli stand there pulling me close causing me to blush.
Zhongli - Dear is everything alright?
Male Reader - *Frowns* I'm just getting older and changing
Zhongli - Is that all love?
Male Reader POV - He raised my chin kissing my forhead confusing me.
Zhongli - I understand it's been a few years I'm trying to figure a way to keep your age stable you have my word

Zhongli POV - I saw how sad (Y/N) was gently rubbing the top of his head. While it's true me and Grace weren't human we've always tried our best to make (Y/N) feel wanted and loved.
Zhongli POV - Me and (Y/N) heard footsteps looking over was Grace standing there
Grace - Father are you ready?
Zhongli - Hm?
Grace - *Crosses arms* You promised to train me today
Zhongli POV - My face twisted in confusion looking back at (Y/N) seeing him avoid eye contact with me.
Zhongli - Grace I apologize I don't have any reconciliation of our conversation
Grace - Father you always forget stuff! Hmp!
Zhongli - Princess I apologize but your mother needs me right now
Grace - That's not fair! *Pouts*
Male Reader POV - I gave a small smile kissing Zhongli's cheek shaking my head.
Male Reader - I'll be alright go spend time with our Daughter you promised her
Zhongli - But you're sadness is important to me!
Male Reader - It's ok I promise *smiles*
Grace - Mother....
Male Reader - Go on I'll make you both a big lunch for when you get back
Male Reader POV - I turned back to the sink grabbing a nearby tomato gently washing the dirt off it.
Grace - Mother what's wrong?
Male Reader - .....
Male Reader POV - I suddenly felt a pair of arms wrap around me from behind holding me close.
Zhongli - You're always going to be my angel *Whispers*
Male Reader POV - Tears began to form shaking suddenly I was spun around being held in Zhongli's chest begining to sob.
Zhongli - Shhh let it out *Whispers*

Zhongli POV - Me and Grace walked in the grassy fields together seeing her look up at the sky. Things were silent and awkward with each step she suddenly spoke out to me stopping in my tracks.
