Hinata ran into Naruto the morning they both dropped their sons off at daycare. "Oh, Hey Hinata." He hugged her in the lobby and she hugged him back. "How's it going?" She blushed a little before answering him.

"Fine, and you?" He scratched the top of his head. "Eh, same old, same old." She smiled at him making small conversation about their day-to-day life. When they were about to leave she grabbed him by his arm, stopping him from walking out the door.

"I almost forgot, can you pick up and keep Yusuke for a couple of hours after daycare? I have a job interview today."

He gave her a soft expression, smiling from ear to ear. "Sure it's no problem." She jumped up on him, wrapping her arms around his neck and hugging him in gratitude. Kissing him on the cheek, making him freeze up a bit.

"Thank you, Naruto." She went to the front desk to leave a note about it and he felt his heart skip a beat, taking his right hand to hold the cheek she kissed, making sure it was real. She brought back a feeling he thought was long gone, feeling his body heat up.

When she waved him goodbye he was snapped back into reality, awkwardly waving back.

Naruto arrived home & looked around to see the kitchen untouched, the bathroom light still off and the living room still the same way as Boruto left it this morning.

He went into the guest room to see Sasuke under the cover flaring his nose at the small stench, instantly going to cover it with his hand while the lips of his mouth curled into a frown, causing his whole face to scrunch up in disproval. "Sasuke!" He heard an annoyed grunt from him while he still kept the cover over his head. "Get up!"

Naruto was speaking to him like some father, keeping his hands on his hips, and eyeing him with a serious look.

Sasuke grunted again making Naruto go over to him, trying to snatch the cover off but Sasuke held a tight grip, and Naruto upped his strength a little, succeeding in snatching the cover off.

Sasuke growled at him before leaping onto him, taking them both to the floor where they began wrestling.

"Sasuke-" his voice was strained while they were rolling around on the floor and Sasuke still growled at him like some vicious pit bull.

They looked ridiculous! 2 grown men on the floor tussling and rassling like teens, pretty much how they always did like since forever but then again this IS Sasuke and Naruto.

Once Naruto got a hold of Sasuke by putting him in a headlock from behind he spoke loudly to him. "Sasuke it's been 3 fucking days! It's time to get up and get yourself together!"

Not sure how but Sasuke headbutted him with the back of his head making them both fall backward but Naruto still kept him in that headlock. "Sasuke!"

They were both breathing heavily and Naruto released him of the headlock, wrapping his arms around Sasuke's mid stomach, and lifting him to carry him to the bathroom.

"Get in the fucking tub!" He pushed him to the shower and turned the water on. "Come to the dining room when you're done."

That was the last thing Naruto said before walking out. Naruto shook his head in a wide range of incredulity.

Sasuke was depressed and Naruto knew it because he went through the same stages years ago, but after he got the proper help, from a decent therapist and spoke to other ppl that felt the same things he felt, he came out of it. Not to say he doesn't have his days but he's gradually getting better.

Sasuke changed the sheets, pillowcases, and covers in the guest room. Placing the old ones, along with his clothes in the washer, and then he went into the dining room with Naruto, sitting down on the chair while saying nothing, keeping his eyes on the table and his head low.
