Y/n Rojas (rhythm guitarist, The Six): [smiles] You know, when I joined this band, I didn't expect it to get as far as it did, nor did I expect to find love, too.
Warren Rojas (Drummer, The Six): When Y/n walked into Billy's garage that afternoon, I couldn't keep my eyes off her [laughs] she had this kind of attitude that got me hooked.

1971 (A/n: the timeline might be inaccurate, and for that I apologize)
You sighed as you stared down at the newspaper on your kitchen table. You had put in an ad that you were a rhythm guitarist looking for a band. It was something you've always wanted to do ever since you learned how to play guitar in seventh grade.
Just as you were about to lose hope, the phone rang. You went to the kitchen and grabbed it, answering, "Hello?"
"Hi, I'm Billy Dunne the lead singer for the band The Dunne Brothers you might of heard of us."
You have heard of them, overhearing a couple girls around town talking about this up and coming band.
"Yes, I have actually." You responded.
"I saw your ad, would you like to come over and show us what you got?" You were stunned. "I- um, yes. I'd love to, let me grab a piece of paper and then you can tell me your address."
Billy told you the address to his house, and told you to come over whenever you can. And considering you had nothing to do that afternoon, you got dressed and packed up your guitar in it's case before walking to your location.
Yeah, you couldn't really afford a car. But it's fine, you could walk just about anywhere in Pittsburgh.
When you made it to the Dunne house, the garage door was open and four men stood inside, around a couple instruments.
"Hi." You said awkwardly as you slowly walked into the garage, clutching your case tightly.
The tallest one, Billy was it? Turned to you with a warm smile and held his hand out which you shook.
"Billy Dunne. We spoke over the phone." He said.
"Figured, and who's everybody else?" You asked.
"That's my brother Graham, That's Eddie and that's Warren." The last guy, who was quite cute you thought, had black curly hair to his shoulders and a mustache. You usually don't like mustaches but he made it work somehow. He had deep brown eyes too.
Warren gave you a smile and a "Hey" which you waved back with a smile. Eddie and Graham formally introduced themselves too.
Billy clapped his hands together, "Okay. So, we have some basic keys we would like you to play."
"Yes of course." You responded, quickly putting your case down and getting your guitar out.

Graham Dunne (Guitarist, The Six): When Billy told us he had someone auditioning for a rhythm position in the band I wasn't expecting it to be a chick.
Eddie Roundtree (Bassist, The Six): I didn't care too much about having a girl in the band, I only cared if she could play. And she did.
Billy Dunne (Lead Singer, The Six): I knew Y/n was a perfect addition to the band. She had the attitude, the talent, and the passion that was needed.
Warren: I'm going to be honest with you, I was too distracted by her looks to pay too much attention to her playing. But that girl can play.

"Okay, Warren count us in." Billy said. Warren tapped his drumsticks together and then all of you started to play. You're fortunate enough to be a fast learner because if you weren't, you're pretty sure you wouldn't be in any band at all.
After the song was over, you looked at the guys with hopeful eyes.
"So? How'd I do?" You asked nervously.
"You did-" Billy started.
"Fucking awesome." Warren finished. You laughed, blushing a bit.
"What Warren said. I think you're a perfect addition to the band." Eddie spoke.
Billy turned to you, "So, Y/n, welcome to the Dunne Brothers."
And that was that.
