"Okay, are you sure we should be doing this?" You asked weary as the seven of you made it up to the front door of Rod's house, you were walking in between Camila and Karen. You didn't know of Rod until Billy mentioned that he spoke to him after one of your gigs.

"It's our only chance of getting to Teddy Price." Billy said. he was so sure of himself, all the time. It was a little annoying but you also have grown pretty fond of Billy. I mean, he let you join his band.

He knocked on the door, and a annoyed looking Rod answered it with a 'what the fuck' look, then turned his attention to you, eyeing you up and down. Warren came to your side in an instant. Billy cleared his throat, "Can we just have a few minutes of your time?"

The tour manager looked unimpressed, but let the seven of you in anyways.

Y/n: To this day I'm still surprised he let us in.

You all sat by his pool either on deck chairs or lounge chairs. "We'd like to get a sit down with Teddy Price." Billy spoke. "And some gigs at the Whiskey?" You piped up.

"Anything else?" Rod asked sarcastically but being the dumbasses you were, you didn't pick up on it. "No, that should be it." Billy said. Rod laughed, throwing his head back as he did so, even dropping his cigarette on the ground. "You're all a bunch of fucking idiots. You think you can just come in here and get a meeting with Teddy Price? I'm a tour manager, so unless you're planning a world tour in the near future I can't help you."

"Is there at least something you could do?" Camila asked, hopeful.

"I know a guy at Filthies. I can make a call, but that's all I can do."

"Is that a club?" Eddie asked.

"It's more of a bar than a rock club but it's on the strip."

"Thank you. Thank you so much you will not regret this!" You thanked before running off, grabbing the drummer by the hand, laughing.

Later that day, you were all lucky to find a place with cheap rent in the canyon. It wasn't in the best shape but, it would have to do. The room's weren't split, unfortunately.

You and Karen, Billy and Camila, Warren and Graham, and well, Eddie got the short end of the stick with the couch. Which as expected he wasn't very happy about. You kind of knew from the start him and Billy wouldn't be the best of friends.

And you started to play gigs at Filthy Mcnasty's.

Y/n: I still crack up every time I think of that name [laughs]

Warren: It seemed like the perfect place for us to get our start. Sure, it wasn't the Whiskey or the Starwood but it was something.

Camila, poor girl, worked herself to death advertising for you guys. Calling everyone she knew, putting up posters and ads in the newspaper.  And, it seemed to work. People actually visited Filthy's just to see you guys, The Six.

Everything was going so good, and then the drugs got involved.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Y/n: Me and Warren never got too into drugs, maybe a bump of coke here and there. But we sure did love our alcohol [chuckles]
Warren: I didn't want to get too fucked up because of Y/n. She's always been my motivation.
Eddie: I think we all knew Billy was the worst of us when it came to drugs.
It was part of the rockstar lifestyle after all, I mean what rockstar didn't do drugs back then? You just wanted to be apart of it, and that's what you did.
