Lydia POV
"You are cheating!" I hear Klay yell as I walk to the backyard to see the boys playing basketball on the court.
"Stop being a sore loser." I hear Jordan says bouncing the ball. "Steph that was travel!" Klay says pointing to Steph who had been taking a sip of his water.
"Keep me out of this," Steph says before turning to me. "Hey, Lyd!" He says as I walk onto the court. "Hello, boys. Can I steal Jordan for one moment?" I ask looking at him using his shirt to wipe off his sweat.
"You can have him. Keep him." Klay says before taking the ball from Jordan earning a laugh from Steph. I head back into our house before closing the sliding door.
"You want water?" I ask walking to the fridge and I hear him hum. I take out a cold water bottle from the fridge before handing it to him.
"You okay?" He asked sipping the water and I nod smiling looking up at him. "I just wanted to apologize for my snappy attitude these past few days," I say leaning against the counter. I will admit, I can be a bitch when I'm mad but I should have never shut Jordan out.
"I get it. You were upset but I don't want you to feel like you have to shut me out. I want us to get through things like that together." He says taking a step towards me and setting the water bottle down.
"I'm sorry." I apologized and he smiles before pulling me into a hug. "It's okay baby." He says kissing my forehead.
"I'm tired of sleeping with my back toward you," I say and he smirks. "Your back was not towards me by the middle of the night. You were literally resting your head in my armpit and I just let you rock." He says and I smile rolling my eyes.
"I told you handled it though," I say pulling away. "Yeah, and when you said that I thought you were about to do something crazy and end up in jail." He says before taking another chug of his water.
"I've changed," I say and he snorts. "That mean right hook at the wedding said differently." He jokes as I pinch his side.
"Look I handled everything and I did warn Maya that she will have nothing left if she continues to mess with me," I say and he smiles. "The wraith of Lydia Michael is not fun!" He adds and I roll my eyes.
"Well, I am happy that all of that is cleared up and we can move on from it," Jordan says as we both walk back outside to the basketball court.
"Me too," I say stopping and looking up at him.
"I love you." He says leaning down and pressing his lips against mine. I wrap my arms around his neck and his hands snake down to my waist.
"Ewwwww!" I hear Steph say and I feel Jordan grab my ass. "Yall are some nasty motherfuckers." Steph adds as we pull away.
"I know," Jordan says before pecking my lips one more time before walking back onto the court.
"Where is my little Aria?" Klay says wiping the sweat from his forehead. I hear footsteps coming behind me and I see Laura coming in with Aria in her arms.
"Look its mama!" Laura says letting her down and Aria walks over to me. "Hi, baby!" I say squatting down to pick her up.
"Mama!" She says pointing at me and all the guys walk over to us. "I missed you!" I say pecking her cheek as she watched all the guys smile at her.
"Dada!" Aria says pointing to Jordan as he smiled at her. She reaches for Jordan and I hand her over to him.
"I missed you, baby," Jordan says showering her with love. My heart. Laura has been such a huge help for days that Jordan and I are busy. She is practically at our house almost every single day!
