Lydia POV
"Come on baby! We have a reservation." I hear Jordan say from my living room. "Okay coming!" I say spraying my Baccarat Rouge 450 perfume on and grabbing my bag. I turn off all the lights and walk out to the living room to see him sitting on the couch. He hears my heels click and his head snaps up.
"Oooh okay," He says hyping me up and making his way over me. "I like this." He says playing with my dress. "Look at my pretty girl." He says leaning down to peck my lips.
"Mm, my lipgloss babe," I say wiping off the lipgloss that transferred to his lips. "You look so good." He says taking a look at me. He takes a hold of my hand and makes me do a 360 turn.
"Thank you. I'm happy you went with the first option you sent me." I say looking at his outfit.
"My personal stylist," He says with a smirk before looking down at his watch. "Aight let's go." He says leading my towards the door. "Where are you taking me?" I ask looking my door and following him to car. I watch as he opens the passenger door for me and I wait for a response.
"Baby it's surprise." He says holding the door. "I don't like surprises." I whine getting in the car.
"I know."
---
"Was the blindfold necessary?" Lydia asked fiddling with her fingers as she felt the car stop. "Yes because you are nosey." Jordan says and Lydia laughs. "Okay and what about it?" She teases. Jordan parks the car before looking over at an antsy Lydia.
"Can I take this off? It's runing my makeup." Lydia whined as Jordan got out the car. He walks over to the passenger side and opens the door. "Alright mamas, take my hand." Jordan says guiding her from the car. "I'm going to fall. I can't see." She whines standing up.
"Jordan my ass cheeks are literally eating my dress up. I need to adjust it. Can I please take this off?" She whines earning a laugh from Jordan. "It's not tho." He laughs looking behind her to see dress perfectly fine. He guides her from the car and closes the passenger door.
"Okay you can take it off now." He says as she hands him her white bottega bag. She takes the blindfold off without ruining her makeup and look up to see a restaurant in front of them.
International Smoke
"Aw J," Lydia says with a big smile. "Come on let's go." He says as they interlace their hands together and walk into the restaurant. Once we got in the hostess immediately greeted us.
"Reservation for Poole." Jordan says and the hostess nods before guiding us through the restaurant. An empty restaurant.
"Where is everyone?" Lydia says looking around to see an empty restaurant but faint jazz music playing in the background.
"Enjoy your night Miss Michael and Mr Poole." She says before walking away. Jordan pulls out her chair and she takes a seat. "Thank you," She says looking around. They had been seated at a table in the middle of the restaurant. Candle light dinner which she loved.
"And these are for you." Jordan says pulling roses from his seat. Lydia's eyes widen and she pouts as he hands them to her. "Jordan," She says holding the roses and looking up at him in awe. "Thank you baby." She says cupping his cheek as he leaned down to peck her lips.
"Of course." He says before moving to his seat. She smelled the white roses he got her and she was in love. "My certified flower boy." She says smiling before placing it down on the chair next to her.
"I love it. Seriously." She says as Jordan adjusts himself in his seat. "Anything for you."
"So is this why Ayesha was not talking to me all day?" Lydia smirks and Jordan lets out a laugh. "She can't keep a secret for nothing. Steph told her lock that mouth up." Jordan says earning a laugh from Lydia.
