Jisung raised the children's long sleeves, "make sure to keep your long hair tied up and to keep your shirt from getting inside the bowls!" and he rushed over to a different table to do the same.

The kids were talking amongst themselves meanwhile Jisung was prepping everything for the parents day surprise, "I'm sure your parents will all love these gifts! They all look so good!"

"Lily what are you going to do?" and the girl with her pigtails tied up titled her head.

Lily raised an eyebrow, "what do you mean?"

Some of the other kids at her table were quietly mumbling, "you only have a mommy though, what are you going to do with the other half of your project?"

Lily looked down at her desk and frowned, "I-I'm just going to give it to my mommy."

Another little girl pipped in, "my mommy said your daddy probably left your mommy."

Jisung made his way back to the tables and he smiled, "is everyone having fun?!" and the kids quickly exclaimed in glee.

The other kids rushed off the to water coloring station and Lily looked at her gift with a sad face, "Mr. Han, what am I going to do with the other side of my gift?"

Jisung furrowed his eyebrows, "what do you mean?"

"Because I only have my mommy I don't have a daddy."

The teacher froze in shock and he scolded himself internally, "I'm sure your mommy would love to have each gift." and the small girl slowly nodded.

Lily walked off to join the other kids but Jisung made sure to cross this off his future class projects list.

Sunny was running late again so she sent her brother to go pick up Lily, "I'm so sorry I'm late again, my sister had a hard time getting out of the office today."

Jisung smiled at Minho and shook his head, " I don't mind but." and he held his breath, "can I tell you something? I don't want to ruin Lily's good mood right now."

Minho panicked internally but nodded, "what's it about?"

The teacher looked at the ground in shame, "it's parents day coming up and I decided to make it a class activity- I know very naive of me but I think some of Lily's classmates were talking about how Sunny is a single mom and I think it ruined Lily's good mood."

Minho slowly nodded, "there's nothing to fret about, Lily is a strong girl and she doesn't need a dad. She has me." and he walked over to the young girl that was sitting at her table.

Lily quickly greeted her uncle and she shyly looked down at the gift, "is this for me?"

The young girl looked at her uncle with surprised eyes but slowly nodded, "I love it Lily! I'll make sure to put it on my car keys." and he smiled at the clay keychain.

Jisung smiled brightly as he watched his last student and her uncle leave, "oh my god! What is wrong with me?"
