The sun had not fully risen yet, and Saint was rushing to prepare for school because he had an early student council meeting scheduled for 7 in the morning. He grabbed his laptop case and headed downstairs. The noise from the television met his ears. His mother was in the kitchen preparing his breakfast, already dressed up and ready for the day.
"Few people have set to gather at his burial grounds to pay respect..."
"You off somewhere, Mom?" Saint asked after pouring a glass of water, waiting for his mother's reply.
"...Yeah," his mother replied simply. "You're really early today. What's up?"
Saint opened the fridge and grabbed a small box of chocolate muffins. "I have an early meeting today, so I'll have to have this for breakfast," he explained.
"This 'one man' was said to be the last..."
Saint walked towards his mother and gave her a peck on the cheek to bid goodbye since time was running like a horse. "See you later, Mom."
His mother patted his head and turned her attention back to the running television.

He arrived at the school while munching on his chocolate muffins and met Boun, who had papers in hand, halfway to the meeting room.
"Hey, Boun," Saint greeted, still chewing. "What's with all the papers?"
"Morning, Saint. These are for the meeting," Boun replied, raising the stack slightly.
"Dude, they're on their way, so let's start preparing," Boun said, setting the papers on the table.
Saint opened his laptop and prepared what was needed. Minutes later, the other officers arrived, and they started the meeting straightaway.
"We got everything planned for next month, so next up is to call a meeting for every club president this Friday. Same time, same location. Alright?" Saint concluded.
The officers nodded in agreement, and Boun added, "Let's make sure to send out reminders to all the club presidents by tomorrow."
Saint nodded, "Absolutely. Let's make this festival the best one yet."
At this time, Saint, Boun and Prem went to the canteen for break after the meeting a couple of hours ago, while Seng went to the library to finish something.
