Dear reader,
Hello! First of all, thank you for checking this story out!
I am Augustine, "Tine" for short, and I write whatever comes to my mind. This story is written with autumn and rain as its main force, thus The Sun Went Away. It is set in a Filipino 90s high school aesthetic, heavily influenced by nostalgia. I love everything in the 80s or 90s, so I want to incorporate my love for that era in this story.
Welcome to the Sun (Solar) phase of the SUN & MOON, two sister stories that explore the lives of two young female characters. Although their journeys mirror each other in many ways, these are not a series or a duology. I see them as two separate and independent novels, so there's no need to read this before The Moon Cried Stars or vice versa.
This story is dedicated to anyone who thought it was over. You might think you've reached the last page of your story, but you are unaware of what destiny has in store for you. No matter where you go away from or how much you try to dodge the fate that is already written for you, the strings will always pull you back to that one place, especially if it has become a huge part of your life and heart.
I am beyond grateful to you for giving this story a chance. I am not a professional writer, so please bear with me. If I make any mistakes, please help me correct them and educate me. I am open to constructive criticism, and always willing to learn.
Note that this story is fictional. I created it all in my head. Any resemblance to actual people or events is purely coincidental and not intended.
Please do not plagiarize! This is my original work. If you encounter this story somewhere else, please let me know immediately.

Remember, if it feels like a trap, you're already in one (Swift, 2022).
Again, thank you so much, and I appreciate you.
With so much love,
augustine
