SUNDAY 10PM, HOME ----------------------------------- "Omg I'm like sooo excited for 7th grade" Maya said. "Same girl I can't wait to see Dustin!" I swooned over the boy. "It's gonna be sooo fun to have you back n/n" Anna said. "Thanks Na, I just hope I wasn't gone so long that people forgot me..." I said sharing my worries with my friends. "Well we remember you" Maya tried to comfort me. "That's because you guys have been my best friends even before I left" I said and rolled my eyes even though I knew they couldn't see me. I fidgeted with the cord that connects to my hello kitty phone with thoughts only of Dustin.
"Guys...." Maya randomly said. "Hm?" "Do I look the same as last year?" "Nooo of course not" I reassured Maya. "Yeah no your like so much hotter, honestly," Anna added. "Swear?" "I swear" "Yeah I swear on your life" me and Anna replied. "Ok because like I was scared I didn't get a glow up like y/n" Maya said. I rolled over on my stomach and kicked my feet in the air. "I got a glow up?" I questioned. "Oh yeah for sure! You're like so hot now!" Anna said. "Yeah like I swear" Maya added. "Ok well I have to go to sleep before my momma gets mad" I said. "Ok night you sluts" "Love you guys" "Ok bye bye" I put my phone back on the receiver and laid back on my bed and hugged my pillow. "Ouuuu I can't wait to see my man" I giggled and thought about Dustin before drifting of to sleep.
MONDAY 6:50AM, HOME -------------------------------------- "Y/n L/n wake yo ass up! I came in this room 20 minutes ago. Why you still asleep?" My momma yelled "Mommaaaa I was awake this whole timeee" "Now lil girl stop playing these games. Ms.Kone is gonna be here in about an hour, so get yo lil black ass up" "Okkkk" I whined and got up out of bed and walked to the bathroom that connects to my room. I stared at myself in the mirror for about 6 mins before freaking out because I only have an hour. "Holy shitttt" I whispered under my breath and got in the shower frantically.
MONDAY 7:10, HOME --------------------------------- I dried off as quickly as possible before moisturizing my hair and leaving the most tedious thing for last. Picking out my outfit. I was too busy on the phone with Na and Mai that I forgot completely to do it last night.
I look at my closet while piecing together clothing like puzzle pieces for about a good 5 minutes before actually grabbing stuff.

I ran down stairs so i can grab something quick to eat. "Momma I'm about to go, ok?" I told her. "Ok momma loves you baby, have a good day" she hugged me and handed me an apple. "Bye byeee" I waved one last time before going out the door and sitting out on my driveway to wait for Ms. Kone's van to pull up. I ate my apple quietly and watched ants fight over some piece of cracker which entertained me for the 7mins I was waiting . A van pulled up in front of my house and I got up and opened the door. "Hi Ms.Kone" I greeted the beautiful lady. "You look stunning today by the way" "Oh! Thank you so much Y/n" "No problem" I climbed into the back of the van and sat with Ana. "Yo" "Hey" "So who are we picking up next" "Um Maya and her brother, you look amazing by the way like super hot" "Nah girl that's all you!" "Oh and I decided to wear a bra today" "That's a good idea for your nips" "Y/n you're like soooo lucky that you have boobs" I just laughed in response. Then we pulled up in front of Mayas home. My jaw dropped when she got in as I stared at her hair. She got in the back with us and kept her backpack in one of the front seats. "Oh my god" i heard Anna say. "I knowww" Mayas hand went up to play with her now short hair. "I was going for Sarah Michelle Gellar, but ended up with this" she explained while still playing with it. "Oh um it looks great" "Yeah it suits you" Me and Anna tried to tell her but we both knew damn well.... "Swear?" Maya asked. "Yeah swear" "Swear on your life" Maya believed us because we swore but in my mind I was thinking that Maya might as well drop dead then.
Then Shuji got in, and I immediately got shy. "Move your backpack fuck face" He said to Maya who whined about him being mean to her in response. "Hey Shuji" I leaned slightly close to him from the back. "Yo wassup up y/n" He said to me then leaned his head back and looked out the window. "Hey Shuji" "....." "Happy 8th grade" Shuji ignored Anna as she tried to talk to him. "How come he responded to you but not me?" She whispered to me. I just shrugged my shoulders and did the same as Shuji and stayed quiet until we got to school.
MONDAY 7:17, ROAD --------------------------------- I heard Dustin's name while Maya and Anna were whispering and immediately perked up. "What did you guys say?" "That Alex is single...?" Anna said confusedly. "No no after that" "That Heather cheated and that's why they broke up?" "After that too" "That she gave Brandt and Dustin L. A handy over summer...?" "Is that true?" I really didn't want it to be because that's my bae right there. "Yeah well, Heather says it is, and Brandt and Dustin hasn't denied it" Ana shrugged. "Why are you jealous?" Maya asked me. "What no?" "Omg you so totally are n/n" she said playfully. "You wanna give Dustin a handy" she teased me. I didn't deny it, that much I'll admit.
We pulled up to Sam's house and Maya finally stopped teasing me. "Maya,what the fuck did you do yo your hair?" He asked her "Anna, y/n! You guys said it looked goodd" she whined "It does Mai" "Yeah totally it does" We once again tried to reassure her. "No it looks like shit" Sam said. "Shut up Sam!"Maya whined "Yeah go gag on a dick" i added "Suck my balls" Maya said. "You can suck these balls" "Ewwww Sammmm" "Ew what the hell" "Why would you say that Sam that was disgusting" we all continued to whine about Sams nasty ass comment the whole ride until we got to the school
