"..Is he ever gonna get up?" Faelen asked himself aloud as he looked at the horned man beside him. He had been grabbed by the tail and forced to be a cuddle buddy for the man against his will.

Faelen's tail was becoming sore at this point, the horned man's grip becoming stronger any time he tried pulling his tail away. "Well, if I'm gonna be stuck here, might as well enjoy it."

Faelen gave in and flopped back down onto the bed after sitting up for hours on end, trying to get his tail back. The bed sank under Faelens weight as his side hit the soft sheets.

"Haa.." A sigh of contentment came from the man's mouth as he shifted himself under the sheets. Faelen began to drift off, his usual bout of exhaustion forcing him to sleep.

"Northeast.. What in the Northeastern region would be good enough for Sir?"

Ikarus had been flying for a few hours in search of the perfect item to craft into the horned man's cuddle buddy. Preferably, a cuddle buddy that was not Faelen.

He'd barely left the Sacred Forests during his flight as the roots had spread far and wide over the decamillenniums its been there. Leaving the Sacred Forests on foot likely would have taken him days, but he did not have that time.

He had to get Faelen away from his 'Sir' as quickly as possible. With that thought in mind, Ikarus quickened his pace, his figure becoming blurry from the speed.

"I must find Sir the perfect cuddle buddy item! He must not have no less than the best!" Ikarus nodded to himself, bringing a fist to his chest with newfound determination.

"I wonder what scales is gonna find us." Syviis pondered as she sat on a intricately carved wooden desk. She kicked her legs back and forth, looking up at the ceiling of Haldirs office.

"I'm curious aswell. He always manages to find the most interesting things." Haldir agreed before glaring at the woman's back. He quickly pushed her off of his desk, using his long legs to trip her once her feet hit the floor.

"Eep! What was that for?!" Syviis would have had landed perfectly onto the ground if not for Haldirs legs. Instead, she face planted into the hard wooden floor, her face bruised a bright red.

"I've already told you not to sit on my desk, Syviiis. Yet, you continue to do so. This was bound to happen." Haldir crossed his arms as he looked over at her from his seat. Syviis crossed her legs and pouted, her cheeks puffed out comically.

"You still didn't need to push me. Honestly, what kind of big brother pushes his darling little sister?" Syviis began to complain, nagging Haldirs ear off about how he should be treating her like a queen.

"Syviis"
"..Yeah?"
"Shut up."

Large trees with even larger canopies filtering the light of the Sun. Underneath looked like a delicate cavern filled with life that glowed in pulses, making everything look alive.

Every plant had a glow to it, even if it was dim. The trunks of the towering trees grew mushrooms that lit many paths throughout the forest.

In the distance, a tree could be seen towering over all the others. Twisting of dark and light browns could be seen throughout that tree, stripes of dim violets apparent aswell.
