Calangeth POV
Aurelia screamed and thrashed in my demonic hold. Then she collapsed as I released her. I stood and went towards the door, but I paused. Turning back around, I kicked her in the head.
Then left her, bleeding and sobbing on the floor. She could suffer for a few hours with that moment on repeat in her head. Her soul could burn itself for all I care.

9 MONTHS LATER
Third POV
Calangeth was still the only one looking after the hellspawn- baby... and Aurelia was still trapped in her hellscape.
Lucifer was off looking for why the baby was in Hell, or at least that was what he seemed to be doing anytime Calangeth asked for him. Calangeth had given up hope of no longer raising the thing after 6 months, though he was a little proud when the tiny infant was able to hold his head up somewhat on his own.
By now, Calangeth was in the routine of getting a bottle ready while the little boy (who he'd dubbed an "ache") was playing on the floor in the demon's living room.
"Ok, you little ache. Time for a bottle." Calangeth announced as he walked around his island and towards his open living room that was connected to the kitchen.
He strides towards the blanket he'd put the infant on. Once he got to the blanket, he looked at the cresses the blanket had and grimaced. Only after smoothing it out, did he realize the infant had not been on it. He was confused. The thing couldn't just disappear.
"Ache. Where are you, little boy?" He looked under the coffee table, then under the sofa. "Ache!"
Calangeth was starting to get worried. He could be spit-roasted if they found out he lost the little creature. He'd be burned in the deepest parts of Hell if the thing got injured.
Which is the only reason he was worried, of course.

Calangeth POV
Shit. The little ache is gone. Where the here could he have gone? I know he should be crawling by now, but I didn't think he'd be ready so soon. He's a clever boy, but couldn't he have waited until I could directly see him do so?
"What's with all the yelling!?" groaned a tired demon.
"Syphern? Watch where you step, Ache is loose somewhere here. Wait? How did you get in, the door is locked?"
"It was supposed to be locked? It was ajar when I came to it?" Syphern puzzled in exhaustion.
I hurried past them and got to the door. Double shit. I saw a tiny handprint in the hell ash. Damn, that won't be good for his little lungs.
"Syphern, you are helping!" I commanded as I hurried through the halls with my eyes as close to the ground as demonly possible.
"Why?" Syphern whined. "I'm tired."
Why did my only aid have to be a sleep paralysis demon, the things are always tired since they sleep during the day. I glared at Syphern and flashed my demonic eyes at them in irritation.
"Alright. Alright." They conceded and started hurrying faster ahead of me. "You go that way and I'll go this way. Ok?"
"No. It's a deal or else you are staying with me." I seethed, knowing they could get out of doing it until I bind them with a deal contract.
