RUBY'S DIARY
"Fake, hypocritical, acting have one thing in common. They all have specific requirements for them to succeed. And that one characteristics is liars. Not just liars no I mean, People who can bend over backwards and smile with no shame of hiding their real emotion or true personality. Those who can sell fire as a servant without reminding you the repercussions of it being a master. These liars need to be able to build a world where their craft is acceptable. It's not only this people that have that perfect gift everyone in this world has experienced this short amount of pretense in our daily lives to accommodate the changes we do or do not need. We are all liars at some degree but being a liar and knowing how to lie are two different things. You only have to lie to be a liar while knowing how to lie needs convincing people you are talking to believe in everything you say and do, it is not easy. Living a life full of pretend phases you from meeting reality, knowing yourself, being you as a person. Being a six year old orphan not given the privilege to moan death, I showered in hatred my hands dipped in blood at such a young age. That was who I was and still am. The taste of blood manifested the fake smile I wear on my face. An angel within the devil. A liar, a pretender. Wearing this hypocritical cap is on my head to accommodate the world's silent laws. So excuse me if the act is too real, forgive me if you think you know who I truly am. Pardon this actress for perfecting her lies."
The night sky is as black as Dracula's coat with bright diamond dots lighting it up but the darkness still holds a crown over them. That's what Ruby's eyes saw as the window rolls up covering the bright shade with a dull tinged dark colour. "You are forcing me to this dinner and now I can't have the window rolled down." "My car, my rules." Demands the blonde carefully taking a turn avoiding his sister's gaze through the front mirror. "Mick talk to him." "No please don't get me involved I barely have this tie on right." Struggles the brunette using the front mirror to look at his efforts go bad. "Okay I give up." "Pass it over." Ruby chuckles grabbing the black tie from the confused male. "Do you think they'll serve us their speciality? Blood pudding." Jokes Dean laughing as he takes a quick glimpse of the GPS noting his closeness to the Silverstine mansion. "I am not laughing at that judging by the fact that we might end up being the main course after the blood pudding." Ruby chuckles at Mick's sudden outburst passing the well made tie over to him. "I guess we'll find out once we get there."
"Can you put the chicken in the middle part of the table and the salad at the queen's side," Stella instructs strutting in her dinning room in a beautiful black knee length dress elevated by diamond earrings. Dinner was a rare meal in their house as much like breakfast judging by the fact that everyone can stay for months without eating. Food was not a necessary factor. The family was also barely together with Seth and his business fishy and legal, Derrick married to school work plus Seth's filthy business, Jonathan keeping to himself if not assisting the man of the house. Stella barely had the fun time of preparing a family dinner or basic breakfast, I could talk about lunch but that is the one meal that is never popular in every household that the British had to create brunch. The silverware adorning the table were from when Derrick and Jonathan were still human. She saved them in hope of the day they may be together again. The Morganstein's just made that happen. So call her a ridiculous housewife for taking this seriously she was just doing what she longed for.
"Gloria can you get the boys to hasten, oh! You can assist our two guests in their preparations." The latina house help nods in acceptance before she quickly takes to the stairs to pass the message. "I bet you've never had so much fun till now." "Am not doing it too big now am I?" Inquires Stella noting the well prepared full table that looks like thanksgiving came early. "No not at all. It's okay, I like seeing you like this, it reminds me of that day I brought Derrick and Jonathan in. You had maids rushing to clear out rooms for a nursery and play pen." Remembers Seth as a smile lights up his face mimicking Stella's bright one. "Times have changed since then. You have changed too. As the traditional wife I am I have to accept. This gives me joy so thank you." She shows her gratitude by putting a peck on his pink rosy lips putting a bit of happiness to the man of the house. He knew how much she struggled to accept everything he did yet she stayed, her love never wavered, her tears he never saw, respected the commandments despite being a vampire she was forced to accustom that change in her life. Smile around to not sadden her husband. Despite Seth's sick twisted ways Stella never turned the other cheek. Killing was not something she enjoyed and love was not easy for someone like the mighty king of vampires so the two planted a seed of pretense grew it and ate it's fruit until they both believed in their own lies. Loving a man that spills blood and him loving a woman that acknowledges a God beyond him. "You have also changed, I barely see that smile on your lips or that dimple around your cheek. I know the things I am doing are not easy but I need to do them in order for the word forever to be our truth." he says with his left palm caressing her right cheek "The guests have arrived sir." The Silverstine's chauffeur informs putting a stop to the beautiful longed for kiss his two bosses shared. "Perfect timing Salvador." growls the man not sparing a glance at the intruder. "Leave him alone Seth he is just performing his duties. Thank you Salvador bring them in." Stella giggles through her requests soothing Seth's fuming anger. Can't have him throwing fits at his own celebratory dinner. Salvador goes back outside to invite the three awaiting siblings meanwhile Gloria escorts the two vulpines downstairs groomed nice and proper ready to get this done over and out. "Yami you look so precious. So do you Akuma, very handsome." Compliments the raven haired vampire fixing the stray white highlights at the back of her ear. Of course when Stella got the pastel coloured dress she was afraid of it not fitting her but the vixen was able to outshine the pastel pink dress while her brother blossoms in the tax. Even in the 21st century they still take the cake when it came to looks.
