(listen to the above ☝️ in the bracketed parts.)

Sell, he never thought of it that way, he was always focused on staying to keep his father company even if it meant doing odd jobs on an empty stomach to take on the responsibility of keeping his family satisfied. He never thought a boy his age is worth more than a mere shadow of a breadwinner. The useless bum never cared about him, his needs, his life. Here now before him was a stranger who took him from the hands of death, clothed his wounds and covered his cold icy body, fed his empty stomach. A stranger cared for him more than his own blood. "Thank you kind sir. How can I repay you for your kindness?" The ultimatums, he was used to them, everyone in his life always had a condition for their 'kind acts'. With his father it was a roof over his head, with the bar man it was the measley coins and for the lumber Jack's it was a piece of bread. But the man before him just shakes his head and smiles."First you shall feed, stay strong otherwise you are pathetic in this condition. When you turn twenty you shall be worth my time." The strange man utters his piercing gaze staring out into the cold dark sky.
"Times are changing and so am I big brother." He adds on. Despite him staring into his rough grey eyes he could tell those words were for someone else not him. The boy though weirded out and full of fear decides its best to stay with the man in front of him than the demon back home snuggled in blankets. This man before him may have dark eyes like the devil he has heard of from the missionaries but he is the devil that gave him a second chance of the scraps he called life.

That morning the boy wakes up startled by a quick movement, loud tapping hitting the ground, his eyes struggling to open due to the harsh winds hitting his face, he sure was scared almost falling over whatever beast he was on when he felt strong hands hold him in place "Boy hold on hard. You are quite a heavy sleeper most likely caused by the harsh poor sleeping habits forced upon you. HA! Meet lady black, she'll be taking us to London." "L-L-London?!" The male asks confused as he lived in that small unnamed town for all of his life. Never knew anything beyond the thick snow and dense forest. "You have a lot to learn but don't worry I have a friend there she'll help you out with everything." "H-h-how is l-l-lady bla-black moving so fast?" Seth smiles at the question getting swallowed by the wind. If only his vampiric hearing he would have missed most words. "She is no ordinary horse, she is a vampiric horse bred on vampire blood. Ever heard of such creatures?" "No sir, are they friendly?" "Complicated." The males were nothing but tired and in need of something softer to keep their butts warm other than the back of a horse. The weather was also getting warmer on their backs leaving the snow behind them.

They had been riding for a while before the young boy felt lady black slow down. In front of him was a huge white house ahead getting closer. "This is your new home." Words he could ... it's something he could never imagine "It took you exactly 634 days to get back to me my dear Seth. How was your journey?" The lady in question asks her back being the only thing the young boy could see from her up on the apple tree. "A new one. You are gonna have to start paying for babysitting your little collectables," the lady adds on as she jumps from the tree gracefully turning around to see the boy brought to her. A bundle of skinny bones and bruises he was but behind that gore his eyes grey as the storm on a rainy day was filled with such hope and glimmer of soon to be summer. That is what he saw in her. That beautiful pink liped smile with her glittering ocean blue eyes  like a warm summer clear sky. He has never believed in God as much as he did at that moment. He was carried by her giggles they were just new sounds he wished would stay in his mind forever. "He is absolutely adorable, I like Russian men. You are lucky, No fee for this one." She says squatting to his level smiling at him even brighter passing his hand around his messy hair watching his curious eyes not leave her own. "Thank you Ladon. How are you fairing?" Asks Seth laughing loudly watching as he hands over lady black to one of the stable men. "A bit rusty in the men's department because of all the work you have me doing. The men out there speak of me being an aunty. You know it's bad when they start calling you that." The complaint sends a chuckle through Seth.
