Leadership, power, opportunity, top dog, popularity all these words are linked up to describe one thing predator, not just a predator the apex predator. Humanity is loud when it comes to greed and that portrays their inner animal. The predator in them stands out when they drool for those positions stated above. That's what fuels these words with power when one utters them. Greed, want, get and attain, methods that are frequently utilized by ambitious men. A single man cannot make a nation but a single man can rule a nation. Even so, times have changed, the world is not of yesterday's makeshift it has grown. In the past this concept could apply but as humans grow more evolved they view these positions with a different light, better terms they have seen the dark side of positions of power, the side that was always shielded from public view. My father was an alpha and he led our people well. The pack trusted his words and as events unfolded things started to change, things even I could see. Leaders always start by treating their people as family and slowly when things get tough that rule changes and a different cap is put on. A change that creates monsters, rulers and dictators. Sometimes I wonder did my father ever fall in that rabbit hole? Did he ever feel like taking the bulls by its horns and not let others help him? The thing is in leadership you are king and in leadership you are also a servant. It's a choice for the one on the seat to make. People never see a dictator coming if cards are played right. Successful leaders that are able to control their people to believe they have the right of way just because they put their interest first and like a herd we follow because who doesn't like their interest out first. That's the eye opening factor I would like to show the world, to create a question of when does servant become king and when does prey become predator. After this let's just see how mind controlled you are when you clap your hands praising yourselves for choices made for you until you bleed. When shall realization strike that you are stabbing your hands with the glass you kept in between. Just as a king has pride so does his congregation and they have theirs to keep. Wrong choice no more like a needed decision. But the best question to be asked after so many mistakes is, do you boost your confidence, pride, swallow the pain and keep clapping until positive change takes place or do you stop hurting yourself put bandages on your wounds and understand these positions of power are your own to control, not those in charge. That a leader is not a king but a servant.
