" Alright and that's the end" I said closing the bible story book of Ruth and Naomi
" I like that story" Rain said yawning
" I do too" I said kissing both their lips
" Mommy when is daddy coming home"
" I don't know sweetie"
" Don't you have his number or something" River asked

" Mommy I don't want to sound mean or anything but that's kind of stupid not to have his number"

" Good night my loves" he said sitting on the bed edge and kissing both their cheeks
I packed the book away and turned there bedroom lights off leaving their nightlight on
