Minho nodded before fully thinking this through. He closed his eyes. Jisung hung back for a moment, admiring how beautiful Minho looked like this. their lips met not long after that, and Jisung couldn't help but smile into the kiss. It felt right, like this was exactly where he was supposed to be.
Minho was the first to pull away, but only a little. His eyes half opened so he could look at Jisung, who had an anxious but hopeful expression.
"How was it?" He asked when Minho couldn't find any word.
"Perfect" he whispered, his rate increasing as he looked into Jisung's dilated pupils. They were so close, he could feel his breath and see every little detail of his face. It wasn't enough he wanted more.
Jisung parted his lips a little more, taking Minho's response as an invitation to do it again, but just before they were able to kiss again, the door clicked open and Minho shot back.
"I'm home!" Felix announced in a sing-songy voice as he waltzed in.
"Why?" Minho wasn't sure what else to say in his dazed state. The memory of Jisung's lips on his had left a permanent mark on him.
"Because I live here?" Felix asked with one eyebrow raised. "But he doesn't" He pointed to Jisung. "Who's this?"
Jisung waved a little awkwardly, feeling like a teenager who just got caught sneaking out. "I'm Jisung, one of Chan's friends"
"You guys are roommates, right?" Felix asked, setting down the bags he had been holding on the counter before leaning on the island to talk to Jisung.
Minho nodded to confirm this.
"So you live with Hyunjin?" Felix asked, his interest in the newcomer suddenly much higher. "Put in a good word for me, yeah?"
Jisung narrowed his eyes. "Why?"
"Felix, can you not try to court Jisung's roommates right now?" Minho asked.
"Court? Minho, I'm starting to believe you are a vampire who has yet to learn modern language" Felix said. "Besides, i think it's fine because Jisung is trying to 'court' one of my roommates right now"
The pair turned bright red and made quick eye contact before mumbling their excuses. Felix was having the time of his life seeing Minho getting flustered, especially because it seemed like he was actively trying not to.
"Alright, i leave you two alone then" Felix patted Minho's back and gave him a thumbs up before retreating to his room with shopping bags in hand.
Minho buried his face in his face, embarrassment shaking him to his core. This was not supposed to be happening.
Jisung laughed and put a comforting hand on the small of Minho's back. "Don't worry, it's okay"
"That was humiliating!" Minho mumbled into his hands.
"What? Are you embarrassed to be kissing me?" Jisung teased.
"Yes!" Minho looked up with faux anger in his eyes. "Oh my god, Felix is never going to let me live this down"
"We can just blackmail him with Hyunjin," Jisung said. "No problem"
"You're a menace," Minho responded with a smile. "Good idea"
Silence filled the room and tension started to build. Jisung had no clue what he was supposed to say now. Did they talk about the kiss? Did they pretend like it never happened? No, he couldn't do that. Not when he wanted to do it again so badly.
Minho, similarly, was at a loss for words. He felt the constant need to be closer to Jisung, but he continued to restrain himself. Half of him believed that kissing him was a mistake, but the other half was already falling for Jisung.
