Minho blinked awake in the middle of the night and reached out for Jisung's warmth. The world was blurry as he blinked the grogginess away from his eyes, making out the outline of Jisung turned away from him, the glow of his phone highlighting his edges.
"Sung..." He heard his own voice say, made deeper from sleep. He sat up slowly as Jisung turned to face him
"Yes?" He asked, it was clear that he hadn't gotten to sleep yet.
"Awake," Minho responded. He was still trying to form sentences through the fog. "Why?"
He heard jisung's laugh, then felt his arms wrap around his waist. "It's only 12, not everyone falls asleep at 9, grandma"
Minho rubbed the fabric of Jisung's shirt between his thumb and his fingers then furrowed his brow. His brain was slowly catching up with the fact he had a gorgeous boy in his arms, one that was so warm, and sounded like an angel.
"I forgot to give you pajamas" Minho sat up straighter, stretching his arms up before letting them fall onto Jisung's shoulders.
Jisung smiled as he placed a kiss on Minho's cheek. "That's alright, jagi, I'm fine"
In all honesty, Jisung would rather die than release the embrace between him and Minho. There was nowhere in the world that felt as safe as his arms, and nowhere that could possibly compare the pure comfort that came with Minho's drowsy sweetness. When he was fully awake, he was a vexing yet incredibly attractive presence, one that Jisung had fallen for. But he felt himself falling again for the more gentle side of Minho that was hidden from others.
He was falling deeper and deeper into his sickeningly sweet thoughts until Minho pinched him. "-Bottom"
"What?" Jisung asked, blinking back into reality and only catching the tail end of what Minho had been saying. "I know you are"
Minho hit his arm with a shocking amount of force. "No, jackass, i said my pajamas are in dresser at the bottom"
"Oh, that makes a lot more sense" He admitted, dramatically rubbing his arm before making his way over to the dresser. "But are you denying that you're a bottom?"
"Frankly, i don't see that's any of your-" He stopped mid sentence and stared at the very attractive, very shirtless Jisung in front of him.
Jisung raised his eyebrow as he pulled the new shirt over his head, taking an immense amount of joy from Minho's instant speechlessness. It was hard to ignore the nerves that shot through him, but he was glad he went ahead with his idea. After all, the modest route was never really his style. Minho seemed to be enjoying it, which was all that really mattered.
"What was that?" He asked as innocently as possible.
"Just shut up and get over here" Minho grumbled, hugging a pillow to his chest. Jisung laughed as he slipped on some comfy pants and followed directions. He reached for his phone, but Minho put his hand on his wrist.
"You need to get some sleep" He scolded, face stern.
"I'm not tired" Jisung attempted to yank his hand away, but Minho held firm.
"Try," Minho ordered, his eyes darkening. Jisung considered continuing the fight, mostly just to see how far he could go, but he resisted when he saw how tired Minho looked.
"Fine," He conceded reluctantly. "But you're making me cheesecake tomorrow"
"I'll think about it" Minho whispered, replacing the pillow he was holding with Jisung as they fell back onto the mattress.
"You're pretty clingy when you're sleepy, jagi," Jisung teased after a few beats of silence.
"Yeah? And you're a lot prettier when you shut your mouth" Minho sighed, holding Jisung closer.
