2 days after Mons retrieved his ship.
Mons: Shit!
We see Mons laying prone inside the bottom part of his ship's hull. He is in the process of fiddling with a series of colored wires. Unfortunately, it is not going very well. One of the wires, while the one above it was being repaired, broke spraying Mons in a shower of sparks.
Mons: Patches!
Pat: Meow?
Mons: Get me a solder and a heat sealer! *more sparks* Hurry!
Pat: Meow!
Carefully Patches works his way down a series of ramps and platforms. Landing in front of Sanders. Who, is currently wearing a little helmet and vest tool belt combo.
Mons: Meow.
San: Chirp?
Pat: Meow.
San: Chirp! Chrip.
Sanders freaks out a bit running toward a massive stockpile of tools with massive plates of tungsten metal. Sanders frantically runs around the stockpile searching for the tools Mons requires. One of the drones takes notice of the yellow chicken and rushes over to help. Initially scaring the Yellowbird before he calms down.
Drone: Beep?
San: Chirp!
Drone: Beep!
The drone rushes toward the center of the pile and quickly returns with the tools in his claws.
Drone: Beep.
San: Chirp.
Sanders grabs the tools chirping in thanks and runs toward Patches. As soon as Sanders reaches Patches, Patches swipes the tools and hops back up to Mons.
Mons: Meow!
Mons: *turns around and grabs the tool* Ah! Good boy I'll spoil you and Sanders tonight. (muttering) This would be a lot easier if these wires were still the original size.
Pat: Meow!
San: (distant) Chirp!
Mons turns around and begins working on the wires again. Several minutes pass before he finally repairs both wires. Sealing the wires he turns around, sits up, and grabs his cane. He gets up and walks down the massive ramps on the side of his Ship. Looking around we see a truly amazing sight. This shrunken warship is currently in a massive drydock bay. Drones running, climbing, and even flying around the ship. Each drone is doing specific tasks from carrying, repairing, or cleaning the ship. Mons walks toward the stockpile wearing a set of a drydock jumpsuit. He grabs a datapad and starts listing and checking the repair list with Dot.
Mons: Okay good that's done. Midhull electrical system?
Dot: 60%.
Mons: 60% is not bad. Hull?
Dot: 67%.
Mons: Mostly operable and serviceable I guess. Engines?
Dot: 66%.
Mons: *sigh* We need to get started on those.
Dot: Unfortunately due to the smaller systems. It is taking longer than normal.
Mons: As I thought...*looks toward the ship* It's gonna take so much longer than expected. Drones?
Dot: The drones have begun replenishing their numbers. As of right now, the drones are numbered 2,000.
Mons: Better than 100 I guess, but it's still a fraction of what was. What are we looking at for the weapon systems?
Dot: Stagnant in progress due to turret 3's detonation, and subsequently number 2's cannons disabling requiring severe repairs.
