Part 4

Viraj became busier for a few days planning things for Mumbai. He returned home late on Thursday.

Ananya emerged from his bedroom chewing on popcorn.

"Another girls day? Did you two do anything of importance today?"

"Bhabhi and I were trying to be productive but she got a migraine . I think she has a fever now. I was going to find her some Tylenol. But don't tell her I told you. Her periods came late because of stress so she gets bad fevers when that happens," Ananya stated.

"Pelhe kyun nahin batiya? I am calling the doctor right now. You should have told mom or chachi to check on her," he said trying not to shut his sister out right after he got her back.

"Bhabhi didn't want me to tell anyone. You showed up first so I blurted it out. Sorry bhai," she quipped.

He hugged her.

" Relax choti. I am sorry, I should be more patient," he replied.

"No worries, I get it . Someone is totally obsessed with Kavya," she called out as she ran away before he could catch her.

Viraj would have thrown a pillow at her , had she been close enough to be on the receiving end of it.

Yes it was true. Now he had Kavya in his life, he could not ever release her from his captivity.

He stroked her head.

She was burning up like Ananya had stated.

He tucked the blankets around her and went to get a cool cloth for her forehead.

Ananya returned with Tylenol.

The brother -sister sat her up and made sure she swallowed it.

Kavya leaned against Viraj mumbling a greeting. Once they thought she swallowed the pills, they helped her lay down again.

Ananya squeezed her older brother's arm.

"She is a fighter. She survived much worse. Lots has happened last few months, and then she has taken all our pain and tried to heal everyone in this household," Ananya stated.

" We are fortunate she came back even after I pushed her away," Viraj stated.

"It's true love bhai. The kind of love I wish I could find one day . I was such a fool," she tried not to cry about Jaggi and his betrayal.

" I wish I could torture him and then kill him again for what his intentions were for you," Viraj declared as he hugged her.

Ananya cried out her heart.

When they both felt better, they returned to the room to check on Kavya.

She was now sitting up reaching for the water.

"Ab kaise lagra hai Bhabhi?"

" I am feeling better. I guess you told Viraj," she stated.

" You didn't look very well Kavya. Also I am sorry you have been under a lot of stress. If you don't feel up to it, I will cancel the plan for next week."

" Are you taking Bhabhi for a honeymoon? Europe or Mauritus?"

Kavya shook her head.

" There is a work trip. I have to take Kavya for it to work out well," Viraj said warily.

"How unromantic Bhai. Well make sure you treat her to the best tourist sites and food wherever you end up going. I would like to be a Bua while I am young. That way I will still be their hip and cool Ananya Bua when they go to school," she teased .

Kavya blushed slightly.

After Ananya left their room, Viraj leaned in and looked into her eyes.

"Let's see we get to planning once you are feeling better wife," he teased.

Kavya stared at him aghast.

" Viraj abhi tu shaadi huyi hai!"

Sensing she was feeling better, he spooned her and kissed her cheeks and forehead.

He rested his head in her lap.

He caressed her waist.

"When the time is right, would love to see you glowing with our child inside of you," he said huskily.

She leaned over and kissed his forehead.

" From your mouth to God's ears," she replied.
