Just friends

I woke up to the sound of someone climbing the ladders outside in the upstairs pink bedroom. Maybe it's Mila sneaking in. What if it's a murderer? Dominic moved his head a little when I lifted his hand off my waist so that I could go look who was behind that voice.

His hand is heavier than it looks. Big boy.

I got off the bed carefully so that Dominic wouldn't wake up and tip-toed to the window next to the ladders. I peeked my head out of the window and looked up. I saw a blonde boy whispering something. I didn't see his face well since it was still a little dark.

I heard Mila saying: "come in, quick, before anyone wakes up". Well, sounds like she knows him. Does she have a boyfriend...? It's too early for serious thoughts.

I tip-toed back to bed and went to continue my sleep. I snuggled under the blanket. The light summer breeze got goosebumps on my skin. I was almost asleep when I noticed that I was shivering. I felt Dominic move and suddenly I felt his hot skin touching mine. He wrapped his big arm around my body as he spooned me. His body is so hot that sometimes I wonder if he's a werewolf. That would explain all the hairiness also.

A few hours later I woke up to a wet kiss on my forehead. I smiled widely immediately. I loved his scent. So captivating. It's like a drug to me. I slowly opened my eyes to admire who was facing me. He was leaning over me, his other hand on the other side of my body.

"Good morning love" his deep voice spoke. My mouth opened a little before I answered "Good morning D". He smirked and rolled on his back. I turned my head to my side so that I could see him. He turned his head also when he felt that I was looking at him.

We admired each other for a while until I saw his lips saying: "Come here". I blushed a little and went closer to him and wrapped my hands around his big body. He held me close to his chest. I closed my eyes and fell asleep again.

Not a long time after that I heard someone walking down the stairs, which made me panic. I quickly shot my eyes open and looked at Dominic. I sat up and threw my blanket on top of him, saying "shush". I scrunched my eyebrows since I knew that anyone who has eyesight could see him. But I didn't have more time.

Mila walked down the stairs and turned to the main bedroom. I saw her in a pink pajama walking into the room, which made me feel like I was waiting for a sentence. She quickly stopped walking and stood still as she looked at the blob under the blanket. She opened her mouth a little as she looked at me.

"You have a boyfriend?!" Mila screamed. I covered my cheeks with my hands and screamed back "No!". Mila looked at me confusedly until a low voice answered "Yes". Mila gasped.

I saw her leap on the bed to rip the blanket off from the blob.  I threw myself on Dominic and I heard him grunt. "No!" I yelled. Mila tried to get a hold of the blanket but I squirreled so much that she had to back away.

"Is he ugly?" Mila whispered so that the blob couldn't hear her. "No" Dominic answered which made me roll my eyes.

"I WANT TO SEE HIM!" Mila yelled from the top of her lungs. I couldn't help but laugh which made her smile. I laughed so much that I fell from Dominic. He used the opportunity and ripped the blanket off.

Mila's eyes widened. I took a breath in because I was so scared about what she would say. "Woah," she stated still standing still. I quickly looked at Dominic and backed away from him.

"Hi, I'm Dominic, nice to meet you" he greeted and offered his hand to shake Mila's. She slowly grabbed his hand and said "Nice to meet you too".

"I'm not actually her boyfriend" Dominic spoke and laughed as he looked at me. "Ah, haha, that's petty" Mila laughed. "Why?" Dominic asked and scrunched his eyebrows together.
