The Top Secret Truth of Captain Underpants:

Before we can get to the story, I the narrator am required to allow the protagonists to tell the story of how one silly prank led to the biggest mistake of their lives. Let us begin:

This is the top secret truth of Captain Underpants written by George Beard and Harold Hutchins, 2 kids who deny everything written in this book.

There were once 2 really cool kids named George and Harold.

George: We're cool

Harold: Me too

But they had a mean old principal who told them what to-

Mr. Krupp: BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH!

So they bought a magical hypno-ring and at first they made him dance, then they accidentally (kind of on purpose) turned him into Captain Underpants!

With a snap he's the captain, not the brightest man.

But don't forget when he gets wet you're back where you began

(Author's Note: Yes I am copying this intro from the TV show theme song, it's just so catchy I can't help it)

Mr. Krupp: BLAH BLAH BLAH!

Put it all together what could possibly go wrong, this is the top secret truth of Captain Underpants written by George Beard and Harold Hutchins who still continue to deny everything.

Chapter 1: Introductions

This is George Beard and Harold Hutchins, George is the kid with the flat top and tie and Harold is the kid with the striped T-shirt and bad haircut. Remember that now, anyway soon was the annual science convention where all the students showed their experiments, last year George and Harold played a prank by gluing everyone to their seats. However this year, George and Harold planned to take the science convention seriously as the prize was to become principal for the day. Unfortunately for them, Mr. Krupp believed if he let George and Harold in on the fun the same thing would happen this year and so banned both of them from said science convention. George and Harold felt this was unfair and so decided to come up with a plan.

Chapter 2: Secret Pranks

The 2 snuck into the convention and began to set up their pranks but were caught by Melvin, Melvin figured out what they were gonna do. Melvin is the teacher's pet, and practically a scientist who shouldn't even be in the school he's in because of how smart it is.

Melvin: You 2 are gonna sabotage everyone? Aren't you?

George: Let's make a deal.

Harold: You don't snitch on us and we don't sabatoge your many inventions.

Melvin looked at his many inventions the PATSY 5000 and the Turbo Toilet 2000 and decided he would agree to this deal.

Melvin: Deal.

The next day George and Harold sat in detention while everyone else went to the convention to do their experiments.

Chapter 3: Snitches Give Stitches

The next day was the convention but everyone's experiments went haywire instead of doing what they were supposed to. If an invention was supposed to do one thing, it did another or just plain exploded, the teachers and principal were puzzled by who could've done this as George and Harold were in detention.

Mr. Krupp: I wonder who could've done this.

Melvin: Sure, I believe I know.
