Two best friends, Meg and Samantha, shared a college dorm room. One night, Samantha went to a party with her date while Meg stayed in the room to study for her upcoming midterms.
When Samantha returned from the party, all the lights were off, and she didn't want to wake up her sleeping friend.
Early the next morning, Sam tried to wake Meg up to discuss the exam. When Meg didn't respond, Sam hesitantly removed the blanket covering her friend and was horrified to find Meg's face black and blue on the floor.
Sam noticed that Meg's study table was cluttered and saw a note on the wall: "Aren't You Glad You Aren't Turning On the Lights?"
It appeared that the killer had been in the room when Sam returned the night before.
