I didn't know how to react to her lovely face with brown freckles scattered around her face, paired with shining dirty blond hair everwhere. Her friendly smile welcoming my on to the bus made me blush slightly. "Hey Marie, this is Eden. Eden this is Marie. We were friends for years before this!" Leo says with excitment in her tone. "Welcome, Marie!" Eden say with pure kindness, or so I thought. I blushed harder with each letter she spoke. Her skater-style clothing made me Jealous. Her voice sent sivers down my spine, almost as if I knew this feeling. Maybe I did? Nothing mattered except her voice right now. I sat down next to Eden and we talked, and I caught up with Leo. The bus pulled up. I never had many friends before this, and I didn't think I would have many anyways. That was fine, but I knew I wanted Eden to be my friend, or more-NOPE! WE JUST MET!

EIGHT HOURS LATER...

I got out of school, and went on the bus that would take me home. I was excited to see them again. I hadn't felt that way in a long while. I sat in the window seat and pluged in my headphones.
I couldn't help myself from looking at Eden from the corner of my eye. She was talking to Leo and another girl. Leo saw me in the seat, blushing.
"Oooh! Marie!!" She shouted from across the aisle. "Are you blushing?" Leo asked in excitment. I pulled down my headphones around my neck and paused my music to respond. "Why would I be?" I said jokingly, than put my headphones back on.
But Eden looked back at me, and smiled. I layed my head back and chuckled a little in my head. But I did smile back.
Eden pulled out their phone, then tapped on my shoulder, as if she was trying to show me something. I look over and it is a video, of a girl. "Don't tell, but she's my crush.." she whispered in my ear. I oddly felt jealous. I brushed it off. We all exchanged numbers, and talked for a little while more. The bus pulled up at our stop, the three of us got out and walked home. Once I got home, I knew it, that girl was mine.
