Nameless came in to our lives thanks to my husband again. She was just a kitten in which he brought in but we had agreed mutually she wasn't going to stay. We were to not give her a name to help us not get attached. But in the end, her name became Nameless.

It was to help give her something hntil she was adopted but she soon became pasrtnof the family quite fast. Nameless was skittish. She was always getting into trouble especially with my husband. If food was left out, she was on top of it and it would be gone in a matter of seconds. Nameless was playful and very affectionate. She was my babygirl. I never had another female cat be my best friend quite like Nameless.

She was an Ocicat and was very attached at my hip. She had trusted me with her heart. Nameless got along with modt of the cats but whenever my husband walked in the room ahe would bolt and hide away from him which made him very upset and frustrated.

Nameless intially was the cat who brought our marriage to a split. Ibhad left food out and Nameless got to it. My husband came out, saw her eating off his plate and he proceeded to chase her. Yelling how he was going to beat her and this or that. I tried to tell him it was my fault and it escalated from there.

To summarize, Nameless had shown him that his drinking got out of control and with us being apart, it really opened his eyes. She stuck close to me after that and our bond was beyond strong than before.

We had to get her fixed but it never happened due to financials being short. Because of that, our cat, Jimmy managed to snag his time and got her pregnant. Jimmy got fixed but we felt it would be wrong to terminate her liter at such a late stage of hrr pregnancy. Therefore, she saw through the birthing of her kittens to the end.

It was during her pregnancy that she had made me her offical den mother. Where ever I went, she wasn't far behind. When I went to bed, she made herself comfortable near my head, on my pillow. We were both scared because it was her first liter and I had many traumatic memories of other past cats giving birth and things going very wrong.

I had set up a small enclosure psrt of my room where a blanket laid out just for her and some privacy. She loved it and eventually that was where she and her newborns would stay for the majority of the time.

Nameless was my babygirl. She was everything to me and it was on March 7th of 2023 that she passed away due to worms. In her final hours, she was having difficulty eating and drinking. No energy to do much of anything. I noticed long strands of worms coming out of her rear end that I decided to buy some dewormer.

I gave her the first dose and it was a domino affect from there. She threw up, became antsy and even tried to hide. At the same time, another one of our cats was dying and I was hoping the medicine would kick in and she would be fine.
It ended in tears.
We had two cats pass away on the same day just seconds apart. I found her dead in the other room with worms.

I sobbed.
I screamed.
I didn't know what to do.
I felt like I had failed her and I still feel that way to this day.
She was a beautiful cat and didn't deserve the way she died. I was her den mother and I failed at it.

I tried to give her a happy lofe and showed her how much she was loved and I can only hope I will get to see her again in the next life. I know she is free frkm her physical burdens and is free, possibly runnjng around playing with the other cats that have passed before her.
