I woke up my phone ringing I saw the nurses wards number I rolled my eyes and prepared for more bullshit "hello" i answered "hi y/n we would just like to inform you that you will be returning to your previous patient get packing you leave tomorrow" they said my eyes were wide with shock I'm going back to Billy
I turned to ms Johnson who stood in my doorway with a smug grin "did you?" I asked "I made a few calls and told them how messed up it was to take you from a patient you had bonded so closely to and they're giving me a new nurse" she said I went to her hugging her "oh thank you Mabel thank you thank you" I said "it's the least I could do sugar after everything you've done for you you're truly a sweetheart and a damn good nurse" she said
Once I packed I packed up my car and said goodbye to Mabel "here darlin keep me posted" she handed me a note with her phone number on it "they don't allow us to talk to former patients" I said "oh I don't give a damn if I wanna talk to you ima talk to you" she said I giggled "now go and be careful" she said I nodded and left
Billy's pov
Well I guess this nurse go tired of me because I'm getting another new nurse I'm nervous to meet them I just hope they're nice but with my luck probably not I watched cartoon as I finally could because that other nurse was out of here within a hour of hearing that she was being transferred I heard the front door open and I quickly turned off the tv not knowing what this nurse would have to say the person walked into the living room my eyes widened "no cartoons Billy?" She asked I couldn't believe my eyes y/n I got up quickly and hugged her

Billy hugged me so tight "oh billy it's so good to see your face" I said "I missed you" he said "I missed you more" I replied "not possible" he mumbled "your other nurse wasn't mean was she?" I asked "s-she was the same one from before she was meaner this time" he said sadly "oh billy...she didn't hurt you at all right? she didn't hit you? I swear to god if she-" billy cut me off "she didn't I promise" he said "good good" I said sighing of slight relief "Did she feed you good stuff?" I asked he shook his head "gross" he said "she couldn't cook at all" he added "well that's okay because I'm here now I'll make you whatever you want" I said
