As sonic was starting Highschool, it was most convenient for him to live in the dorms, which were much closer to the school than his house.
Given that he would be moving into a dorm, he would also be expecting a roommate, which in fact he was exited to meet.
When arrived at his dorm, he knocked the door to see if his roommate was in, but no one answered. Figured that no one was home, he opened the door himself to see a gloomy looking guy just sitting in a chair.
'He was in here the whole and didn't bother to open the door?' Sonic thought.
First impression of his roommate was not going so well.
"Um.. hey." Sonic hesitantly said. "Aha, you know, you could've at least opened the door for me."
"Is it so hard to open one door?" The guy responded coldly. With that, he got up and walked passes sonic.
"Tsk. You're annoying." He whispered in sonics ear.
"What a b*tch." Sonic thought.
The following night, Sonic roommate didn't come home once. Shrugging it off, sonic just went to sleep.
Upon waking up, Sonic spotted a piece of paper as well as a piece of candy laying next to his bed. He picked up both of them and read the note which read;
'I'm sorry about the other day. I was mad and wasn't thinking. Again, I am sorry."
The note made Sonic chuckle as it was written in such a childish manner. Sonic let out a small laugh and thought,
'maybe we could get along '
