Clove: 10/10 she would threaten to murder anyone who flirts with you, or even looks at you.
Finnick: 7/10 he would be mad and probably would give you a whole lecture. (It's okay cause It's Finnick.)

Gale: 10/10 he would be pissed and literally yell at whoever it was and would yell at you also.
Glimmer: 6/10 She would be a bit sad but she would probably forgive you.
Haymitch: 10/10 drunk or sober he would beat up anyone flirting with you.
Katniss: 5/10 she would be sad if she saw you with someone else not jealous.
Marvel: 4/10 he probably would not care much and would honestly be a bit mad.
Peeta: 2/10 He would not be jealous but rather sad especially if he trusts you. If you were dating he wouldn't bring it up cause he wouldn't want to loose you.
