"What's up? What the fuck is up with you morons? Hmm?" Forrest scolded Team Three. "Not Big Ben, not Alex Go, and not Hot Foot Jin, but who?" When Team Three didn't immediately answer, Forrest slapped both of them. "Did I ask you to crush the big fish? Heh, all I asked was that you use the scene. Beat some small fry. Was that really hard for you?"

"They weren't just small fries..." One of them held up his phone and showed a photo of Teddy that Phillip had sent. "One of them used to be with Phillip Kim...and the other one was Eunjang's Dingo,"

Both of the members of Team Three shared a nod. They didn't know for sure that Stephen was the Dingo, but it sounded better than getting their asses handed to them by some no name.

'I think I've heard that name,' Forrest thought. 'I thought there wouldn't be anyone outside of Phillip Kim's squad to worry about other than Ben Park, Alex Go, and Gerard Jin, but...Eunjang's Dingo? Wasn't he the one who fucked up Phillip Kim? Guess I'll have to have the boys keep an eye out for him too,'

"Stephen, Ben and the other are meeting up on the roof—"

"No," Stephen immediately refused, knowing that Eugene wouldn't have brought that up unless they were both invited. "I don't do rooftops," 'The rooftop is where those fuckers hurt Gray. The rooftop is where Gray was shoved from. Nothing good comes from rooftops!'

"Oh..." Eugene said. "Okay. I'll just relay whatever they wanted to tell us to you," He left the room, sparing him another glance.

'Why did they even call us to the rooftop? If they want to say something, they should come and approach us instead. In a classroom, at least teachers would be able to hear if a loud enough commotion happens. Our homeroom teacher seems to genuinely care about his students and about us getting into university,' He clenched his fists tightly in anger.

'Were they planning on beating both of us up on the roof where teachers are less likely to intervene?' Rage filled Stephen. 'I thought they were different. I thought maybe I finally met another student who didn't hurt others for their own benefit. But I guess I was fucking wrong just like when I trusted Bryce! At least this time, I didn't lose anything...I didn't lose anyone,'

He glanced over at Eugene's desk. 'I was right. His own naivety's going to get himself hurt. I already repaid my debt to him for helping me back during the Yoosun fight. I already saved him from those thugs from another school. Whatever happens, it's his own fault for being overly trusting,'

When Eugene arrived on the rooftop, Ben noticed that it was only him. "Why didn't Stephen come with you?"

"I did talk to him, but he refused," Eugene answered. "He actually looked really angry at the mention of the roof,"

"Huh? Did something happen to him when he was on the roof?" Gerard questioned.

"I don't know," Eugene shrugged. "He never mentioned his past," 'He also is very cautious about opening up to us,'

"Anyway," Ben said. "So were you two attacked by Hyeongshin yesterday, too?"

"Yeah, I was on my way home when some Hyeongshin guys started attacking me,"

"Wait...so Stephen Ahn beat up both the Hyeongshin fuckers alone!?" Ben exclaimed. "Two versus one!?"

"There's no way you were any help," Alex commented.

"Stephen mainly beat those guys himself," Eugene recalled. "But Teddy Jin from Class One was actually the first to arrive and landed a few hits before Stephen got there,"

"Why the hell did he help?" Alex questioned. "Isn't he that fuckboy from Class One that Stephen kicked in the balls? I don't really like that guy,"

"Woah, Stephen managed to form a party with the guy whose ass he kicked," Ben mused.

"After Stephen arrived he technically beat those two by himself without Teddy Jin also fighting alongside him," Eugene corrected. "Teddy was terrified of Stephen,"

"But hey, this isn't that simple an issue," Gerard spoke up. "Both you and Stephen aren't the type to start conflicts on your own. Stephen's also not the type to just let anyone walk all over him,"

"This is really ticking me off," Alex growled. "Those Hyeongshin bastards..."

"Hmm," Eugene pushed his glasses up. "Well, you guys already know that the Yeongdeungpo Union consists of five schools. Yeo-Il, Daehyeon, Ganghak, Hyeongshin, and Yoosun, with Yeo-Il at the center. And you're familiar with Yeo-Il's Donald Na and Yoosun's Jimmy Bae already, so we'll skip them,"

"There's Hyeongshin's Forrest Lee. He became the Number One after Myles Joo's excommunication. Unlike the simple and aggressive Myles Joo, Forrest Lee is more cunning and sly. Myles Joo doesn't keep anyone whose fighting prowess hasn't been proven by his side. Forrest Lee's a proven fighter and is said to be less hardcore and gives more leeway than Myles Joo. There are even rumors that Myles Joo's excommunication was in part planned by Forrest Lee himself,"

"Next is Wolf Keum of Ganghak. A dark horse. He made a sudden debut this year and took over Ganghak, and I'm pretty sure he's the newest member of the Union as of now. Ganghak's red blazer is a symbol of fear on those streets. And Wolf Keum's overly cruel and violent nature is said to have discouraged anyone from challenging him..."

"And lastly, from Daehyeon. He's almost unanimously known as the strongest in the Union, aside from Donald Na. He's from Daehyeon Middle School. People were surprised and wondered why Daehyeon joined the Union. The reason was...last year, when the Union with Donald Na as their leader, was at its peak. Their notoriety spread across Yeongdeungpo. In middle school, he wasn't absorbed into any party and he walked his own path. Basically...the man was too great to fit into any kind of system,"

Eugene started rambling on about praising Jake. Ben noticed that Alex had left during Eugene's lecture and Gerard informed him that Alex had to use the bathroom.

"Oh right!" Eugene brought up. "I heard that there were rumors about Eunjang's Dingo,"

"Eunjang's Dingo?" Gerard questioned.

"Someone who fights like a wild dog, using any means necessary even if they're dirty tactics,"

"Isn't that Stephen Ahn? He's the only one here that fights dirty,"

Stephen Ahn had been given the epithet "Dingo" by Hugo Yoon. Hugo was a student attending Yoosun High School, but he had overheard some Eunjang students talking about and had seen posts on the Shuttle Patch forums about a dirty fighter at Eunjang. After going through all the posts, Hugo decided to call the mysterious fighter the Dingo.

Stephen Ahn couldn't even hide his shock when Eugene returned to the classroom completely unharmed.

"Is there something on my face?" Eugene asked when he saw Stephen staring.

"Didn't they call you to the roof to beat you up?"

"Huh!?" Eugene exclaimed. "No! Why would you think that!? Big Ben isn't the type of person to bully others!"

"Then why did he call you to the roof?" Stephen recovered from his shock and returned to keeping up a poker face.

"That's where Ben and the others like to hang out," Eugene explained. "He wanted to discuss how Hyeongshin students are attacking Eunjang students lately. We weren't the only ones to get into a fight with them. Lots of other students have also been getting bullied by them,"

'They didn't plan on beating me or Eugene up?' Stephen thought as the bell rang and class resumed. 'So they aren't bullies? They just wanted to talk? But...' He was so confused. 'Are they actually good people? Can I actually trust them? I...Eugene didn't look like he was lying or forced to say that. I...I can't give them my full trust. I can maybe trust them a little, but never my full trust. I barely know them,'

Stephen has trust issues since he was the one who had trusted Bryce first and he had been the one to approach Bryce to befriend him.
