Battle of The Jundland Wastes

As the rebels were fleeing back to the outpost, Vader defeated several rebels by either a force choke or deflecting their blaster bolts back at the rebels that have attempted to blast the Sith Lord and his stormtrooper escort. On the other hand, Boba Fett managed to kill more rebels with his wrist rockets and flew into the air blasting several more.

Suddenly more imperial forces arrived to reinforce the 501st legion and began to press forward to the rebel outpost. Nova squad then landed near Vader and Boba and the stolen U-wing flew back to The Knight.

"Lord Vader," Taloh said. "The communications and the defenses have been disabled. The rebels cannot send reinforcements."

"Do you know who is in charge of the enemy garrison?" Vader asked as he deflected more blaster bolts.

"I'm afraid not," Taloh replied. "I will send Nova Squad and Boba Fett to storm the command center and capture the leader. That's not all though, I sense a presence that I have not felt since the Clone Wars."

"I suggest that Nova Squad and Fett should approach with caution," Vader said. "If this presence you sense dates back to the Clone Wars, this leader must be dangerous but valuable to us."

"Understood," Taloh said as he and Vader deflected more blaster bolts.

The Imperials then pushed forward to the rebel outpost and the AT-ST's and AT-AT's were eliminating the heavier artillery with ease and Vader, Taloh, and Boba were cutting down the rebel soldiers in a matter of seconds.

As the Imperials stormed the base, Boba flew to the hangars and destroyed the fighters with his wrist rockets and fired the missile mounted on his jet pack at an X-wing that was attempting to take off destroying it. Nova Squad then made their way to the command center and killed the crew members inside and held Rex at gunpoint.

"Don't move rebel scum!" Sereta exclaimed. "Or should I say Captain Rex."

"You think you can win by destroying our base?" Rex asked angrily. "The Alliance will find and rescue me."

"We'll see about that," Sereta said. "Coven, have him transported to... The Knight."

"Yes, sir," Coven replied. "Move it traitor!"

Shocked, Rex then looked at Coven remembering the name of the Star Destroyer that he will be sent to. KR-8 then beeped and had his small blaster pointed at Rex as Coven shoved him to an Laat/Le gunship to be transported to The Knight

"Lord Matarrin," Sereta said. "We have the garrison leader and he will be transported to The Knight."

"Good work Captain Sereta," Taloh said as eliminated the last remaining rebels with Vader and Boba. "Have him placed in a secure cell."

"Yes my lord," Sereta said and gestures to Coven. "Carry on."

"Lord Vader," Taloh said as the last rebel fell to his lightsaber. "The garrison leader has been captured. We are bringing him aboard my ship now."

"Good work," Vader said nodding his gleaming black helmet. "Interrogate the prisoner and tell me what he knows about more rebels cells to move forward to phase two of the Imperial crusade."

"I will not fail you Lord Vader," Taloh replied. "I will meet you back at Nam Chorios."

As Taloh deactivated his holoprojector, a Lambda class shuttle landed at one of the hangars at the captured rebel outpost. Taloh hoped that he could find out the identity of this familiar presence that he senses once he returns to The Knight.
