Bad Choices

Chapter 3

This morning was like every other morning waking up in Jongsuk's bed. However this morning he was still in bed normally whenever I wake up he'd be gone by then. He had his arm snaked around my waist. My back against his chest and my hair sprawled across the pillow. When I looked over at the electronic clock placed next to the lampshade it read 6:40. I need to get ready for work ASAP.

"Jongsuk, wake up it's time to get ready for work." I say out my voice still hoarse due to the sleep that still consumed me as I lay there and hope he let's go of me. "Jongsuk?" I try out and only receiving a hum from him. I try to remove his arms from my waist as he then wraps it around tighter.  I had to get up asap I really don't have time for this , I would lay here if I could. " Jihyun please take today off and stay with me" he says while nuzzling his nose deeper into my neck causing a soft giggle to emit from me, I thought that was all until he placed soft kisses on my neck. Man does he not know how to get me to fall for him all over again. I was about to stay when I remember just how much work I have to do as well as him. "Come now Jongsuk" I say while successfully removing his grip from my lower abdomen as he groans in annoyance. "I'll come back I promise." I always come back in the end.

"Ms. Lee? Are you Okay?" One of my students question as I shoot my head up from the paper I was staring at or zoning out on for that matter. Damn I was even thinking about Him at work. I need this to stop. "Yes Donghyuck don't worry I'm fine"
I breathe out a soft huff at the end mentally slapping myself. "Well because you've been staring at that paper for 5 minutes straight and I'm scared that it's mine, I'm thinking that's why you called me here mam'?" Oh god I don't even remember calling him when a spark tingles my memory and remember why I called him here . We discussed a few things before he left the classroom and kept glancing at me to know if I was okay and I'd repeatedly have to say 'I'm okay Mr Lee Donghyuck'
Yet however zoning out on the job wasn't anything like myself.

I found myself casually zoning out and thinking about Jongsuk, well if it wasn't for the faint whispers at the back of the classroom that took my attention the whole lesson would have passed without me teaching my students anything.
"Sorry class for that, you can turn to page 127 and there's a short activity to do there, also I'll be taking in books at the end of the lesson." I smiled receiving a few 'awes' and groans from my class, it was really fun teasing them. "Its okay class I'll give you until Friday before I take them in, also English test on Monday from Mr Kang and a reminder of your outstanding  Nature study projects from Mrs Yoo. You guys need to hand in projects it counts for 40% of your grade and also ladies gossiping isn't nice, I've seen the things you guys talk about on the group chat I'd appreciate it if you remove it and you know who you are , that can be seen as cyber bullying." I say pulling my lips into a straight line reminding myself of the pile of marking and test scripts I yet had to go over.  I'm killing myself slowly but I love my job that's the only reason I'm still here .
