Chapter 2

Hellooo, welcome back. Let's get right into it. Alexa play "awkward silence by skz"

Kenji's pov:

12:23?!?! I. am an absolute idiot. Nazeera stood infront of the door stiffling in a laugh, as I panicked, running into everything in the process. Before i got the chance to get in the bathroom, i caught a glimpse of what might be the most beautiful thing in the world, Nazeera standing there, a playful smile painted across her face, hands crossed and leaning slightly. I had to catch my breath, unable to think of anything other than that, as i got in the bathroom, I heard my room door close, signaling that the girl was out of the room. I sighed, running a hand through my hair.

"Get it together, kishimoto" i mumbled to myself, as i went on to get fresh, hopefully trying to get some sleep out of my eyes.

I walked downstairs a few minutes later, seeing Warner and Juliette being.....well warner and juilette, it wasnt anything remotely bad, it was just weird to see his best friend and their previously sworn enemy cuddled up on the couch watching TV without a care in the world. Don't they have a sector to run, i thought to myself, shaking my head.

Juliette perked up, spotting me and coming up to great me.
"Good morning kenjiii" she said enthusiastically, engulfing me into a hug. I hugged her back as I saw Warner glaring at me. I shot him a glare in turn, showing him the finger.
"You guys already had breakfast?" I asked as we let go of the hug.
"Yeah, you were taking too long."
"I realised that, didn't know I could sleep in so late, thank god Nazeera woke me up or else Warner or Castle would've murdered me" I said sighing.

Juliette let out a laugh. "You're not wrong about that."
"I'm gonna go get something to eat, my stomach wants food and i feel like i was hit by a bus, which does not add up."
I walked up to the kitchen counter, about to start my quest for food when i saw a plate of pancakes and some eggs on the counter.
"Who's left over breakfast is this?" I yelled from the kitchen.

"Oh, i forgot to tell you, Nazeera left some food for you while u were sleeping like a dead man, she's gone out to run some errands at the moment" Juliette responded.
I soft smile crept up to my face as i took the plate of food graciously and made myself some coffee. He'd be surprised if he ever got a blood test and instead of actual blood there'd be coffee running through his veins.
With a coffee cup and breakfast in hand

I made my way to the living room, where Juliette and Warner were already sitting in.
As i was about to dig in to my breakfast, i heard a small ping going off on my phone.
"for fucks safe" i thought to myself rolling my eyes. It was Nazeera, oh.

Nazeera:
I left some food for you in the kitchen cause your lazy ass wasn't waking up.

Kenji:
oH i dIdNt ReAliSe tHat.
Yeah juliette told me. Thanks for the food :)

cool. left on seen. i rolled my eyes (once again) i swear one of these days my eyes are just gonna roll back and stay there considering how much i do this. The food was good tho, not gonna lie. It seems she really worked hard on it. I looked up to see warnette......yeah i didn't wanna see that. Faking a gag, i made my way across the kitchen and placed my plate down in the sink. "might as well clean it to" i thought to myself before rolling up my sleeves and getting to it.

After a while of scrubbing and cursing myself, it was finally done. I mentally applauded myself. What was that term they use on the internet? oh right, maybe i should consider myself wife material. Feeling very proud of myself i made my way towards the office.
