41. If your thinking about self harm, just imagine your favourite person (you don't have to know them personally) telling you not to do it.42. Get a marker, and draw where you want to self harm. It will calm you down.
43. Self harm doesn't solve your problem. I encourage you to find something else to take away the pain. But don't take it out on yourself.
44. If someone makes fun of your scars. Don't let them get to you. I know it hurts. It will. But you are better them. I love you and you don't have to listen to them. You are more than scars and they don't define you.
45. I promise it will get better. You may feel like your life is better but I can guarantee it will. You just have to hold on until then❤️
46. Flush your blades. Do it. Right now. You can do it. I believe in you. Your body is too beautiful for you to want to do this to yourself.
47. You could end up dying. Do you really want that? No. No you don't. This world may be cruel sometimes but you just need to hold on. Life will get better.
48. You say you deserve this. But you don't. You don't need to harm yourself because your better than that.
49. I know you feel relief right now, but imagine the relief when you say 1 week clean. 1 month clean. 1 year clean.
50. If you feel the impulse to self harm. Hold an ice cube. It will help calm you down.
