81. Breath in. Breath out. It's okay, you'll get through this. Just breath.82. Relax, your making it more worse than it actually is.
83. Your doing great, it's not the end of world.
84. Pause. Breath in for 6 seconds. Hold. Breath out for 6 seconds. Hold. Repeat.
85. Talk to someone. It helps really. If your alone call someone. Just listen to their voice, it helps you become calmer.
86. Your not failing, your doing amazing.
87. Don't make eye contact with anyone. Don't look at something for too long. Focus on things in your surroundings and find something else to concentrate on.
88. People don't understand. Don't let their ignorance get to you.
89. I know your worried, but don't be. It will all work itself out in the end. Just wait.
90. People don't hate you. Don't let these thoughts stop you from doing things. Ask for the wifi password. Go up and get another ketchup packet. Raise your hand in class.
