Chapter 14 - Chaos

Mia was watching over the boys when she was waiting for Lily to come back.

Mia: It's getting late, where is she?! Anything bad could bad happen at this moment.

When Mia looked around, she startled by the sudden appearance of a woman with her long hair and white gown, she assumed that it might be Lily and let out a deep breath.

Mia: Hey! Where were you?! You have been gone for a while!

What Mia really didn't know, was that she's talking to the actual ghost, which was Angel. She was looking over the boys who were in their tents in fear.

Mia: See Lily? These boys might be brave to some things, or even pretending to it, but not everything. They do have a fear that they will lose their life if they got caught by the ghost. Behaving manly is such a waste of time, I don't really know the true meaning behind the word 'man'.

Angel was just listening to Mia while her glowing red eyes kept staring at the boys down there.

Mia: But you know something? There are some true men who're willing to do anything for their women, not all of them are bad after all. Those bastards....like they took the life of Angel was a deadful sin, they don't deserve a second chance in any future life they born.

Angel started to feel guilty for trying to hurt these innocent boys at the camp, after witnessing Lily's begging to spare Naim in front of her eyes. The ghost itself smiled slightly and closed her eyes, regreting her moves in each and every second. Without any warning, she disappeared into thin air, let go of those boys from her trap.

Just at that time, Lily came back after finding Naim in the abandoned house, she saw Mia talking to herself from a bit far away.

Lily: Mia! Who are you talking to?!

Mia was again startled by Lily's entry on the other side of her.

Mia: Lily?! Why are you standing here? You were just stand......

As Mia turned back where she thought Lily was, she found nothing like before.

Mia: You were just standing there like a few minutes ago.

Lily: Uh...Mia, I just came back now, what are you talking about?

Mia furrowed her eyebrows from what she heard, it took a few moments for her to realize the truth. She widened her eyes and pointed at the place where the ghost was standing.

Mia: You.....you.....you weren't.....there?........

Lily: No, I'm not Mia. I just came back now!!!

Mia: Then.....who did I..........

Mia suddenly fainted on Lily's shoulder in shock, she grabbed her tightly before she landed on the ground.

Lily: Guess she's talking to Angel before I arrive here, and now she's passed out. Oh Great!

Lily was trying to adjust herself from carrying Mia properly on her shoulder. At that time, she saw Amir holding tired Naim on his shoulder, and brought back to his tent as well. She tried to hold up her tears as she recalled on what happened to him, she controlled her emotions before she decided to just leave the forest for their own good.

Lily: I never thought things could end in this way, I feel like I made it worse than I can imagine.

Lily was holding Mia on her shoulder when she's unconscious, she's walking on the path to the exit when she felt something behind her. She looked back and found Angel standing alone, staring at her with soften eyes.

Angel smiled a bit at Lily, which made her heart to skip a beat from the responce. She smiled back at the ghost before leaving the area completely. The ghost once again disappeared into thin air, remained staying in the forest like she would, but never tried to hurt the boys in their tents anymore.
