Minami sighs, watching over the colourful city covered in snow, so full of life even in the dead of night. She breaths heavily into her hands and rubbing them together for warmth.

'God this place is so desolate, even as we come into spring.' she bitterly though.

Minami looked to her right and caught a glimpse of her reflection in the large glass window. She was no longer the innocent child she was when she arrived, she was now a fully fledged hero. She stretched her black wings out unintentionally as the cold wind travelled past her. Her lilac fringe settling in between her black horns and long ponytail falling back between her wings.

She ran her hand wearily over her eye bags, more prominent then ever. Her lilac visor reflecting the light of the city as she readjusted them. She pulled her thick, black jacket closed and stuffed her hands in her armpits for a little bit of protection against the biting wind.

Minami focuses her attention back on the vibrant city. Keeping an eye out for any trouble that may present itself. She tucks her wings further into her back to try and alleviate the cold.

Before she can get comfortable, she hears her phone beginning to ring. She pulls it out and stares at it begrudgingly.

It's the Russian Branch of the HPSC.

'I could always just let it ring out and feign ignorance...' she thought.

She answered the phone, connecting the call to her headphones.

"Yes?" she grumbled.

"Ah, Inimicus. We need you back at HQ, there's an urgent mission for you." a deep voice stated in a cold tone.

"What's the mission?"

There was silence over the phone.

Minami's eyebrows furrowed, waiting for a response.

"... just get back here as soon as you can." The President stated.

The call was abruptly ended.

Minami stared at her phone in mild frustration. Letting out a heavy sigh, she shoved the phone back in her pocket and jumped off the roof. Her wings catching the wind, she glided gracefully back to HQ.

"You took too long." A male voice with a heavy Russian accent addresses Minami.

"Hey Vinnie, good to see you too." Minami bites back.

Vincent Petrov. Minami's ward, and up until 4 years ago, her legal guardian. Once Minami turned 18, he no longer needed to legally take care of her. Not that he did much for her anyway. Regardless, she was grateful to him for giving her a roof over her head that wasn't fully supervised by the Commission. He is also supposed to keep and eye on her and report her movements back to the HPSC. But due to Minami's ability to fly, these efforts were in vain.

Vincent grunts and motions for her to follow him. She follows closely behind, her hands in her pockets and her heavy boots thudding along the quiet hallway.

He knocks on a large wooden door.

"Come in." A cold voice calls out from behind it.

Minami trails in quietly behind Vincent, standing next to him in front of the Russian Branch's President.

"Hello you two.

Minami, how was patrol?"

Minami didn't answer, instead staring out the large window intently. The loud slam of a fist colliding with the oak desk echoes through the room violently. Minami jumps, swallowing her yelp.

"How many times have I told you! You will speak when spoken to?" The President exclaims.

Minami hung her head in shame, looking at her feet intently, anywhere but his direction. "Apologies Sir. Patrol was fine, there were no issues to report."

The President his shook his head in disappointment, huffing as he pulled out a handful of files and threw them onto the desk in front of Minami. She picked them up and flicked through them.

Her eyebrows furrowed in confusion, reading through the mission summary.

'Why do i have a bad feeling about all of this...' Minami groaned to her self internally.

"What the hell is a League of Villains?" she asked.

"The.. League of Villains is an organisation that follows the whim and orders of an unknown Villain named All For One. Their sole objective is to destroy Hero society as we know it and create a new world order, one filled with malice and chaos."

'All For One... Why does that name sounds so familiar?" Minami muttered to herself.

"He was the head of that group you took down that was working out of Voronezh. What was it called again?"

"Udel... I think it means destiny in English Sir." Vincent called out grumpily.

Minami silently continued to flick through the files seeing faces and names the she didn't recognise. Her eyes final caught sight of a file the piqued her interest.

"This guys sounds like a powerhouse, why don't we have any information on him?" she questioned.

The President leaned back in his seat arms crossed, eyebrows furrowing in thought.

"Either the Japanese government is withholding information from us or they genuinely can't track him down. Whoever this guy is, he's dangerous enough for the HPSC in Japan to reach out for assistance." he sighs.

"They have Hero's that would be more than capable of handling these issues, why are they concerned with the state of affairs of Russia and their Hero's? Do you think they are looking for contingency plan or believe that because we've already had a run in with an organisation related to this 'All for One' guy, that we came out on top?" Minami asked quietly.

"I'm not too sure, but it will affect you and your hero work."

Minami looked up from the files with an eyebrow raised.

"...and that matters to me because...?"

"Well Inimicus, that's because you are heading back home."
