1) Matteo was never supposed to be gay. At one point I was going to have him date Alex (diner waitress)
2) For a while, I thought Nathan was going to like Briannah
3) When Ethan's Dad was announced to come back (Chapter 19), that was originally supposed to be a filler chapter, but I then thought up the plot for something else (you'll find out in the next book)
4) Kai was never supposed to be as toxic as he was. It was supposed to be subtle comments here and there but eventually turned into what it is now
5) At one point, I was debating whether I wanted Brielle to unalive herself or for Charlie to get killed in an accident
6) I didn't know I was gonna have Faye get back with Kai until the second it happened
7) Ethan and Matteo's love story was never meant to be as slow as it was. I was going to have them be together a couple of chapters after their first kiss.
8) So many more things were supposed to happen and I had so many more ideas but a lot of them I convinced myself not to do and the other half I didn't have time to do in this book. They will most likely be featured in future books
9) There were never supposed to be future books. Everything was supposed to happen in this but I felt like something new was happening every chapter and I just didn't know how to space it out
10) I hated the name Cover Girl when I thought of it. It was never supposed to be permanent, but it was the only name I could think of at the time and I needed one to post the book.
11) Kylie and Izzie were meant to have much bigger rolls. So was Alex, but I'm planning to bring her back for bits and pieces in the second book.
12) Faye was originally supposed to date Brielle and not Charlie
I'm gonna be rewriting cover girl soon because I've hated it for a while but I just wanted to finish it . The second book is still in the making I just have to find the motivation to write it. Anyway thank you so much for all of the support and I hoped you enjoyed ❤️
