Mallow and I are chasing the thief through the grassy plains near sarasaland. Dodging and weaving through enemies and wildlife.

Croco: Heh. Not a chance, kid. I'm way too fast for you two.

He was a few feet ahead, barely out our reach. Sadly, though, Mallow wasn't keeping up.

Mallow: *Huff* *puff* waiiiit!!!! Get back here and..... Fight...... Ugh.....

She fell on her back and started to breathe heavilly.

Mallow: Y-yeah! Just.... Dying.....

We find Crocco messing with floating platforms to get a floating treasure chest. Though failing cause he was super impatient.

Crocco: Grrrr.... *notices (y/n) and Mallow* Give it up, the treasure is tempting, but with you greenie being the carry of the team, you're gonna have to catch up! Hahahaha!!!

He got off the platform, and on time, more monsters came out of the woods.

Mallow: He's getting away!

(Y/n): Yeah.... But wanna see what's in the chest? We have time if he keeps stopping?

Mallow: Ooh, yes!

They took their time to collect the chests. To the surprise of our heroes, there was a power star that helped them take down the robotic dog things and a special flower that refreshed an unknown variable in their arsenal.

But they finally caught up to Crocco. And to their luck, it was a dead end.

Crocco: Damn it, dead en, and those two idiots are right behind me. Guess the best next option is to hide and wait till I get a shot escape.

He ran and hid, though (y/n) caught a glimpse of what is ahead.

Mallow: *Gets off of (y/n)* Oh nooooo! How are gonna find him?

(Y/n): ... Stay here and block the exit. This is the only passage way, and I doubt he wants to go deeper in the woods to get lost.

Mallow: What will you do?

(Y/n): Find him if I'm lucky enough.

(Y/n) crouch down to make sure he himself doesn't get caught, while the 'frog' girl started to worry.

The first time he caught Crocco, he tried to jump dive to catch him, but failed.

Crocco: Your eyes are much faster than your feet, but if you wish to defeat me, it'll take 100 more years to catch me!

Before (y/n) was able to grab him, Crocco ran away. (Y/n) tried again but was spotted nearly on the spot.

Crocco: 50 years passed already? No, then wait another 50 to catch me idiot! Hahaha!
