Ladybug: Akumatized victim at the corner of 10th Avenue and Rue Lane.

Kitty Cat: Finally, some cat-ction!

Ladybug: Oml, just get here.

Kitty Cat: You gotta admit it, you smiled.

Ladybug: Maybe...

This new villain was one of the deadliest and just head-on scary. A chef had been akumatized and was now throwing knives and forks that were traced with magic and made anyone who touched it fill up with rage. It was quite disturbing, to say the least.

Marinette was heading back from her fashion company's headquarters when she saw it happen. The victim had fled from the local restaurant with the infamous illuminating mask framing their rageful eyes. Marinette immediately sent Chat the text and transformed in a nearby alley, hoping no one had seen her run in there. Then again, the street was mostly empty, with a few pedestrians running away from the transforming akumatized villain.

At first, Ladybug had tried to reason with the akumatized villain. She always tried to use her words as a first resort. Sometimes, it works. Most of the time, it ends up like this villain who just starts chucking nearby things at her. Pretty normal at this point.

She didn't know if the knives and forks were going to cause serious damage. It was alarming, to say the least. The few bystanders that were hit seem to be fine besides their anger taking over their minds. Physically, they seemed fine, and that was Ladybug's first concern.

Now, her concern is how she was going to handle the chef who proclaimed himself as Chef Fou. He shouted and screamed in a rage all around him at anyone who was even standing within his peripheral vision. It was obvious this akuma was initiated by rage. Angry akumatized villains were always the most difficult to deal with.

Ladybug quickly dodged Chef Fou's attacks and tried tying the victim with her yo-yo, but he was so fast. Whenever she did snag one of his limbs with her yo-yo, he would simply just pull her aside with the string. She was much tinier than he was, which gave him the advantage. She needed Chat Noir's physique to try to come up with a strategy. He was very good at distracting the enemy.

After almost 15 minutes of dodging and fighting this villain, Ladybug was worn out. She was sure the akuma was located in his hat, but she could be wrong. The knife part of this villain was starting to worry her.

Where is that damn alley cat?

As if on cue, her beloved partner's baton came into her view and tripped over the Chef. She breathed in a sigh of relief. Ladybug took this as an opportunity to launch her yo-yo and tie up the villain. However, the restraint did not last long when Chef Fou used the knives to free himself, causing the yo-yo to unwrap and whip back to Ladybug.

"Dammit," Ladybug murmured to herself as she caught hold of her weapon once again.

Chat Noir landed right beside her from the roof and leaned against his baton. "So what's the deets?"

She pointed to the Chef's hat. "I'm pretty sure the akuma is in the hat. I was nearby when I saw him get akumatized."

"You saw the akuma go into the hat?"

"No, but the hat looked darker than it should be."

"Sounds good to me," he said as he placed the baton on his shoulder. "You got a plan?"

"Of course I have a plan. Cover me?"

"Always."

Her plan was a bit on the whim, but she tried her best to explain it to Chat. As always, he seemed to always understand where her mind was going and constantly read her mind when it came to certain strategies. She guessed it was due to spending so much time together for the past six years. Every time she would start a sentence, he would finish it perfectly and typically added a remark or pun at the end. That was just how he was.
