After the hiatus NYX and jungkook preferred to spend time together instead of staying alone so they often spent nights at each other's house especially now that NYX was soon going to leave for her stadium world tour.
One such night it had been long since she had passed out due to her tiresome day ,having not wanting to interrupt his live yet again NYX had retreated to the bedroom before he started.
Jungkook hadn't been great recently, even though she had tried to be there when he needed her, she also understood that sometimes he just needed the company of ARMY to cheer him up & that he missed Jin and the other members.
It wasn't long past 4AM when NYX suddenly jolted awake. She let out a tired groan as she looked at the clock. She turned over lazily, wanting to cuddle Jungkook. To her surprise she found his side of the bed empty. She lifted her head slightly, eyes still half closed as she saw the spotter light coming under the bedroom door. She closed your eyes and let out an annoyed sigh as she forced herself out of bed.
'Again with the all nighters?' NYX mumbled to herself, stepping into her slippers as she shuffled from the room.
'Jagi ?' She whispered, not wanting to interrupt if he was still live. When she reached the living room, her heart melted at what she saw. There, spread out on the sofa lay Jungkook fast asleep. Her shoulders relaxed as she took in his sleeping form. His face was soft, relaxed and he occasionally let out small noises as he slept. NYX also noticed that his left arm had fallen to the floor, as he now lay on his stomach.
'Ah really Kook?' She shook her head lightly as she approached him, small smile playing on her lips. She noticed that he had left a candle burning dangerously close to his feet. It was a miracle that he didn't kick it over. She was about to blow it out, when something on his computer caught her attention. NYX's eyes widened in shock when she realised... He was still live! She hurriedly blew the candle and made her way to the laptop, carefully stepping over Jungkook as she did so. The chat was still active despite nothing happening, viewers seeming to be relieved and shocked at her sudden presence. Most of the comments were asking her to look after Jungkook, and the being happy about their power couple spending time together. NYX smiled to herself as she watched the messages continue to roll in, glad that there were so many people out there that cared about her boyfriend enough to stay long after he had fallen asleep.
She gave a small wave & smile to the screen quietly apologising the fans and ensuring them junkook was fine before officially ending the live.
Once it was off, she turned round from her spot on the floor to look at Jungkook's sleeping face. She smiled fondly as she gently ran her fingers down his fallen arm, causing him to groan and roll over onto his back in his sleep.
She laughed lightly as he did so, standing up before making her way to the spare bedroom. She grabbed the sheets from the bed and made her way back over to Jungkook, and draped the blanket over his body. Her fingers made their way to his face, gently pushing some stra hair to the side, before leaning down and placing a soft kiss on his forehead.
Once she sorted out her sleepy boyfriend, she flopped back down in bed and let sleep once again wash over her. It was a few hours later when she woke up to the feeling of the bed dipping behind her, and a pair of arms circling around her mid section.
'Morning.' He mumbled, knowing he's accidentally woken her. His face was practically flush with the back of her neck.
'Go back to sleep Kook, it's too early.' NYX snuggled back into him, placing one of her hands on top of his. She didn't get a response, since he had already fallen back to sleep. Light snores emerging from his mouth.
'Sleep well baby.' NYX whispered, falling back to sleep with him.
Predictably, neither NYX nor Jungkook managed to get up before 12PM the next day. He had managed to wake up for long enough around 8AM, to post a message on Weverse to assure his worried fans that he was ok.
'Thanks for looking after me last night noona.' (I changed her age now she's a 95 liner) They were both freshening up in the bathroom, neither of them bothering to change out of their pyjamas.
'That's what I'm here for!' NYX mused as she brushed through his hair.
'You could have burned the house down last night you know!' Playfully scolding him never got old.
'I'm sorry! I fell asleep!'
'Aish! You're lucky I love you.'
