Okay, so, this takes place after the events of Bug busters.

Raph felt bad.
They were at home, finnaly, after a long day. Catching oozequitees was the most stressful and annoying thing ever.
Leo was right.
Donnie didn't like that. He was too easily distracted by Big mama's idealistic hotel and the promise of the Underground city. The fantasy-like picture she painted was ideal. It was too good to be true.
Mikey just felt bad.
He should have listened to Leo. Leo was older. He should have listened to his constant nagging. Leo never normally nags 'that' much. And yet Mikey still didn't listen. He blindly followed his brothers with Big mama leading them.
Leo was in a world of his own. Locked himself in his room never to come out.
He was mad at his brother. They didn't trust him. Not even considering Leo's opinion on the whole thing.
And yeah, Leo understands he gets a little salty when he doesn't get his way but.. he was right this time.
He was thrown off a roof for God's sake! His brothers haven't even apologised.
Now all he could think about was falling, and falling. Over and over, just staring at his wall with a blank expression.
He could have died.
Did his brothers ever trust him?
That question came and lingered since they got back into the turtle tank. Stayed in the back of his head as he got back home.
He hated that thought. Just the idea itself that he wasn't good enough for his brothers. That they might never take him seriously. That he's just an intrusive thought in the back of their minds instead of an actual brother with opinions. Just a shadow of the wall.
His brothers were all in the kitchen feeling bad for themselves. Sure they were all exhausted for Catching bugs all day, but Leo is usually a bust of energy after a mission. Bragging about everything he did.
Yet, their was none of that now. No,
'Ha! Did ya see me! I was on FIRE!'
'Hey, get me some water before I burn this place down-cause I'm on fire right now!'
'Did you guys even see my Rad skills!?'
Their was just silence and the turtles would honestly prefer the loud voice of Leo's bragging. As if they'd ever admit it but it brought their spirits up despite it being kinda annoying.
''Okay, where is Leo?'' Raph asked turning to the others.
Mikey had his cheifs hat on and was currently looking to cook something. Probably to take his mind off everything.
''In his room probably.'' Donnie spoke up, not looking away from his phone.
Raph sighed. He didnt like this. It was too quiet. It wasn't the same without Leo's constant attitude and bad one liners.
They had to apologise.
And Leo wasn't going to talk to them until they did. Leo didn't wanna think about 'what if they never apologise?' That was not something he did not want to think about. He'd just never talk to his brothers for the rest of his life if that were the case.
