         Arguing with Ei... She just won't-

         We argued the entire day. I didn't want to continue.. considering Kunikuzushi's state at the moment, but I got carried away.

         The room fell silent, it was painfully awkward. She and I weren't saying anything.

         I decided to speak up, after a while. "Ei, your son, Kunikuzushi, he wants to study at Kamisato High..." She sighed, "Miko, he can study anywhere as long as he actually tries to DO SOMETHING WITH HIS ACADEMICS."

        I didn't want to hear her yell and scream anymore, so I got up. "Alright then, I'll let him know," I say, walking upstairs to check on Kuni.

        "Kunikuzushi...?" I knocked on his bedroom door, but he didn't respond. The door was slightly open, so I decided to enter.
        
        "Kuni~ I have good news," I say, in a sing-song voice. He was fast asleep, however, so I got no reply. His head was buried under his pillow, and his hand secured it all together. The poor boy must've been tired of hearing all the screaming....

        I walk over to his bed, and sit on the edge, shaking his arm a little. After a few moments, he finally woke up, I could tell by his muffled voice, under his pillow. "What do you want now?" He asks. "Oh, your mother will allow you to attend that school you wanted to go to. I've collaborated with the principal on many occasions, so we can get you in that school nice and easy," I assure.

        "Oh..."

        The room fell silent again. I looked around his small bedroom, when my eyes fell on something on his bed-side table. I pick it up and inspect it. I was a bit surprised to see it was a discount coupon. However did he get his hands on this? That was when I remembered the girl he was with today. "Say, Kunikuzushi, that girl, (Y/n). Did she get this for you?" I question, showing him the coupon in my hand. He jolted up, a little surprised. "H- how did you know...?" "Oh Kuni, I've seen that girl before. She has quite the talent for illustration," I comment. "You must be quite fond of her to have been roaming around with her this whole time." He looked away, not knowing what to say.

        That was when I noticed a scarf around his neck, one that was unfamiliar, so I decided to ask him, "Where did you get that scarf from? I don't remember buying it for you." He remained silent for a few moments, and answered me, "(Y/n) gave it to me. She said I could keep it."

        That was when my heart melted for the boy. No wonder he slept wearing it. It made me glad that he found a friend, not to mention that he was going to the same school as her... soon. Maybe I should talk to Ayato, and get them to be in the same class...

        I hadn't heard from Kunikuzushi after those texts, perhaps he really did fall asleep. I ate dinner, and washed the dishes, all that stuff. I had just finished brushing my teeth, when I heard a "ping" from my phone.

        Who is it? I wonder, as I walk over to my table and unlock my phone.

        Ah! It's him!
