This object was known by two groups, THE NEONS, and The Shadows. However they could not locate such a thing. The NEONS wanted it to protect the earth by using it to save nature. However those damn "Shadows" wanted it to control the world. To bring species that will destroy the earth back to life! And ever since they have been at war. Yellow explained.

She's called Shaded Red, and probably one of the best amongst them. Along with Shaded Green and Shaded Indigo. They're known for their wits, agility, how sly they are, and how good they are at their job. As in for me, I'm one of the leaders of the Neons, which is why I can recruit people.
