A little note:Ever since the ninja had came back all of them felt guilty and were distant towards each other this didn't go unnoticed by their parents.
The fire ninja was laying down on his bed with both of his hands in a cast that he had down to himself. He felt so guilty about everything he'd done to the city and all that smoke and fire was all created by his bare hands and he didn't want to remember the events but they played in his mind like a recording that never stopped. It hurt knowing that he was the one who caused pain and death among a city he felt the urge to hide from everyone and stay distant but he knew that his sister and parents needed him he had to be strong for them he thought. He felt angry at himself for getting hurt and letting his sister care for him he was the oldest it was supposed to be him taking care of Nya not the other way around! He was so out of it that he didn't notice that someone opened the door and he was crying his entire family walked in and hugged him until all they could hear were small sniffles. "It's alright son,your safe now we're here to protect you from any harm that comes your way just rest for now don't worry about what happens tomorrow focus on today and you'll feel much better I promise" with those comforting words Kai fell asleep. His family climbed into bed with him and fell asleep that way feeling better now that thinks we're going to get better.
